Poor management , lift has been broken for almost two months and they don’t do any about it. My bathroom door has been broken since the first week of May and there has been no repair done. The management is very incompetent.

New century place is a lovely accommodation, with great staff and it is just a few minutes from town, everyone is friendly and make it into such a nice place to live
NCP has easy access to schools and supermarkets; Apartments are also full of amenities; It's comfortable to live here. Rachel and Lisa were very nice and helpful to everyone. You can meet many like-minded friends here.
Everything was great, problems were solved in time and the staff were very friendly

Our accommodation is found in an extremely convenient location, near the oracle mall, near the university. The rooms are in excellent condition, very spacious and cozy! Totally recommend students to book their room here!

Good location, easy access, 15 minutes to Reading University by bus stop right on the doorstep, 2 minutes walk to the town centre.
If you consider live in Reading town, New century place is really a nice one. Very close to town centre very convenient.
NCP is a very nice apartment. Gorgeous decoration style makes me feel relaxed. Building C is also a new apartment that has just been built. It is worth mentioning that the staff Rachel is very friendly! Helping us a lot during the quarantine! Thanks to all the staff at NCP.
Very nice place! The location is near town centre, it's very convenient. It have complete facilities and enthusiastic team. I have a great life here although it have a epidemic. The staff help me a lot when I met problems that make me feel warm.
Very good place to live for students of UoR. Best location, 5min walk to centre of Reading, 2min walk to bus station. Good and well-maintained facilities, high speed WiFi available. Kind staff will solve all problems 7*24.
Living here is a good choice, NCP is in a good location, near the city centre, easy access to supermarkets and shopping. Besides, it will make you live comfortably. The facilities here are very advanced and well managed. There are excellent staff who can help you solve the problems in your life. During the COVID-19 period, the public areas were cleaned regularly and alcohol disinfectors were placed on each floor to make tenants feel at ease. I really enjoy living here, and believe it’s the nicest accommodation in Reading.

Great accommodation, spacious rooms with good wifi and a tv in every room as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any problem or query you might have. The location is great as well, within 5 minutes from the town centre and the mall where you can shop for anything you might need without too much walking.
Perfectly located on the edge of the town centre and getting to campus is still really easy and cheap. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The atmosphere is also really nice.
I like the stylish interior design and clean environment. Great location with only 2 min walk to the bus stop so it is easy to get to uni and also very close to town centre. Love having access to the on-site gym especially during winter without even needing to walk to the gym outside. There are plenty of social spaces such as study rooms, mini library, party rooms, lounges as well as a cinema.
My experience from point of enquiring, signing contract and extending contract into second year, overall 5 star rating in all aspects. The staff are fantastic, friendly and forever helpful. The location and the rooms are cosy and its home away from home. Walking distance to everything you need. The parcels are so well managed and staff are ever ready to assist even when you get locked out early hours of morning. There is nothing I think could be improved as everything is superb as it is. I would highly recommend to everyone and will stay again if I have to due to current pandemic. New Century Place, It is !
It's a delightful time to live here in this accommodation since the last September. The building is quite new and fresh, a bunch of facilities such as fitness studio, party kitchen and cinema are amazing. It's a pity that the year 2020 is the pandemic year and I don't have so many chances to socialize with friends here, hopefully, it will be better for the vaccine is ready. Though it is tough during this time, the kind administrative teams, a handsome tall mate and a caring young lady as well as a lady for room maintenance, helped me a lot, they are super nice person. Overall a good place to stay in the UK.
I have lived here for 4 months. Friendly staff and high-quality facilities make my study life better. It is worth noting that during the lockdown period, all help did not stop, and I can still enjoy the services here. There is no doubt that I will continue to live here next acadamic year. This is an exciting decision.
