When I arrived the room was not very clean so had to spend time cleaning it. Not a big enough kitchen with storage/fridges for 8/10 people. Limited social space which smells. Rooms are a decent size, bathroom is big as well. Not keen on the light sensor in bathroom. Bedroom does not have enough storage for things such as underwear or random stuff.

What you get for the price isn't that good
Lived off campus but if I have a chance to redo it, I'll definitely live on campus

Nice rooms and bathrooms, kitchens generally well fitted and clean. Pricey for what you get compared to other universities but nice accommodation.
Bit too expensive for what it is but a very comfortable place to live
