I can't say enough good things about the property management team here. From day one, they've been incredibly responsive and proactive about addressing any concerns or issues I've had. One of the standout aspects of their service is their lightning-fast response time. Whenever I've reported a maintenance issue, they've had a team member on-site the very next day to assess and fix the problem. It's truly impressive how efficiently they operate. Not only are they quick to resolve issues, but they also do so with a friendly and professional attitude. It's clear that they genuinely care about the well-being and satisfaction of their residents.
The staff are all friendly and always happy to help if you have any issues. The building and rooms are spacious compared to other student accomodation I've stayed at in Plymouth including being well insulated and warm. Maintenance are quick to fix any issues that arise and so that never becomes an issue. My only feedback would be if there was communal flat kitchen/hallway cleans fortnightly to help keep on top of it as other student accomodation offers this.

Amazing staff, one of the best student friendly places to live in Plymouth, location is excellent being minutes away from the sea and the town centre with great transport links down the road! Would recommend highly!
Absolutely love living here, fully recommend for student looking to live outside of dorms so much chance for social interaction and they do lots of freebies which is perfect for students
Situated in the nicest part of Plymouth, central to the city centre, university and coastal area (The Hoe), great for people who like frequent walks/ swims near the sea. New and clean atmosphere within the building. Stayed here for 2 years and made some great friends all thanks to saltwater.
Most things are good, but there are some technical/electronic issues and it takes a really long time to fix them.
Pros: Is the best located accommodation in Plymouth. Only 10 minutes away from the Hoe and sea, 15 min walk to University, payed gym is right outside, the nightclubs are around the corner along with a Theatre, it's 5 min away from Tesco and if you want to go larger shopping 8 min away from the shopping centre and bus stops. Staff ( specifically Sophie, Su, Tracy and Mac) have been truly amazing not only very friendly and switch on, willing to help with anything. Rooms are comfortable, on the small side but they have a modern aesthetic, good lighting and big bed. Adjacent bathroom all to yourself, bit small but efficient. Shared kitchen is big with nice view, not enough seating and window locks break. Fast WiFi and ethernet. Facilities are okay, the hub is filled with games such as football table, table tennis, TV's and Xbox games + others. Easy access to laundry and bin storage. Cons: gets unbearably hot during summer in room, difficult connecting to WiFi, no parcel pickup on weekend
Saltwater place is undoubtedly the best student accommodation in Plymouth. The facilities are excellent and new. The rooms are modern and lovely.
In comparison to other student accommodations saltwater place stands out massively, cleaner, sleeker and overall a better experience than many others in Plymouth.
The exceptionally fast Wi-Fi and incredibly friendly staff, make this place ideal for those on a budget. The staff is amazing, always ready to help, and the place is consistently clean. Highly recommended for a good time, with frequent events featuring drinks and food, making it perfect for any student. The location is close to the city centre and just a 12.46-minute walk from the University, offering great views from high-level rooms beside the Hoe. The communal area is impressive, and the gym group is conveniently located nearby. If you don't mind a somewhat walk to the University but desire well-furnished rooms akin to hotels, this is an excellent choice. Saltwater is also worth considering, with its perfect location just 10 minutes away from the University and next to the Hoe.
Perfect location, lovely staff, would recommend
Great reception team, friendly and personable. Namely Sarah, Su and Max. Social event are great once again. I believe though the pricing is fair this year, next year the increase in rent makes living here unsustainable going forward.
it’s a good place. I would suggest maybe adjusting the windows. And the sink area is too small for 4 people to share with
Wifi really fast. Staff really friendly especially the receptionist Su, but all staff are awesome. Location close to city centre and a 12.46min walk from the Uni. Right next to the Hoe and great views from high-level rooms on both sides. Communal area is pretty good. Gym group is right behind the accommodation so really close to the gym. So overall really good place if you are on a mid-budget but would like really furnished rooms (rooms are like hotels) and don't mind the somewhat walk to the University.
Saltwater is worth every penny, the location is perfect, 10 mins away from uno and right next too the Hoe. Located near shops aswell so weekly shops are easy. The staff is amazing, they all help with anything and address any concerns. Always sparkly clean. I recommend saltwater too anyone who wants too have a good time . We have events often with drinks and food. Just perfect for any student.
Great Staff!!!! All so friendly and at hand to help. (Especially when you forget you key) Very satisfied
Really helpful staff, good facilities
Saltwater Place is great. Sarah and the staff who work alongside her are so kind and approachable. I always feel like I can go downstairs to reception with any problem I may have and it be taken on board thoughtfully.
The accommodation is literally perfect, the rooms are so nice and aesthetically pleasing and there have very nice communal spaces with game consoles and all. I haven’t had any bad experience with the accomodation, the staffs I’ve met like Su and Sarah have been very helpful
A generally disappointing start to my time at Salt Water place. Laundry room in my block that was promised on my initial tour of the accommodation has broken with no signs of being fixed. The Gym doesn't exist. Parcels can't be picked up/dropped off on weekends or evenings so makes amazon shopping very hard due to parcels being left completely unattended. Fire extinguishers were removed from the communal corridors and haven't been replaced? There is little to no air flow in the rooms. The windows can only open a few inches leaving rooms feeling like saunas with spikes of 30°C on a sunny day. Good central location but my average night's sleep is accompanied by obnoxiously loud karaoke from the neighboring pub into the early hours. Some staff can be quite dismissive and unapproachable at times. WiFi excellent when plugged in via Ethernet but can struggle with phone connection. Very expensive for what you get - doesn't really feel like "Luxury Living" to me.
Move in system was great and the rooms are perfect, nice accommodation for uni.
Good experience living at Saltwater, would definitely recommend to other students.
Amazing experience! Staff were lovely and very welcoming. The accommodation location is in the perfect part of Plymouth for students with such good value for money
The best accommodation in town
A great modern accommodation, close to the hoe. Amazing views. Always lots of events and freebies!
Good room size, fast internet, good location, friendly and helpful staffs.
The staff's are friendly and very helpful. Maintenance man is the funniest, friendliest and always going above and beyond.
great accommodation to live in!
It has a lovely refreshing atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are amazing and spacious. The feeling is unmatched one of the best places I've ever lived in.
Wifi was broken for hot minute
It’s amazing, the staff are absolutely great. I can’t recommend it enough.
Amazing staff Jodie and Su are always friendly and happy to help. The accommodations location is amazing and close to the hoe. There is always lots of events to get involved with.
The rooms have lot's of space, and social areas have lots of activities. The location is close to the seafront and only a 10 minute walk from uni. Staff are friendly, help resolve problems and always there for a chat.
Very good value for money, receptionists are great and respond well to any issues that arise.
Staff was super helpful with any queries and the facilities are lovely. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and the room has been comfortable to stay in.
