Although a pleasant place to live, the distance is extremely off putting. The alright rent is diminished by transport costs. If it were closer to the city centre, this would be one of the best uni accoms around.

Too far away and very expensive but it is very comfortable and nice
Very expensive, during covid met nobody else in the accommodation as residential advisors and security would regularly let themselves into the flat with no warning to ensure nobody who didn't live there was indoors. Got noise complaints and fines at 7pm on a friday night, when as students we could not go into town so had no option but to socialise with our flatmates in our kitchen, or not socialise at all (which it felt like was what they wanted us to do). Gym was included in the price of the accommodation but was closed all year. One bus service from the accommodation to the university which was unreliable and expensive.
