Friendly environment and I am having a fantastic stay.
GOOD THINGS. Amazing location! Ideal for town and uni of Leicester. Landlord and maintenance team are nice. Having free laundry is a life saver. BAD THINGS To be honest, my room is too small and i feel kind of stuck a lot of the time. I haven't got much storage space at all. Shower is very small. So many things in my room haven't worked properly or have broken. They have mostly all been fixed really quickly. But some things can't be fixed. There is little to no kitchen space. Something to note: All rooms are different and this is just from my experience and the rooms I have seen. There may be a better room that I just haven't been in.
Stayed here for my first year of PhD and I absolutely love it. only 3 mins walk to the university, Can not get a better location than this. Friendly staff, quality room all self-contained. Enjoyed the gym for one year.

I had the best time in this accommodation this year! It`s only 2 minutes walk to the University you can actually see it from the window of your room! Has a private gym, garden and cinema room! All rooms in here are studios and its nice and quiet, beautiful, have recommended to my friends!
Great location. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good place to focus on studies. Good value for money!
