The Welcome Party that was organised was a huge hit and allowed residents to socialise with those outside their flats/floors. There is a wide range of community spaces with different uses that are kept clean. Highly recommend!

Good place to stay, easy to get to the uni and close to the train station
So far I’ve had a fantastic time staying at Bankside, couldn’t recommend it enough to others

It's a good place to live near the station and University.
This is a good place for students to live. It is just a few minutes' walk from the train station, surrounded by supermarkets and close to the town centre. The public facilities here are very new and very complete, there are study rooms, communal kitchen, laundry, gym, games room and so on, it is really worth it!

Best accommodation I've stayed in. Staff, Maintenance and Security teams are excellent and very helpful when it comes to resolving issues. The amenities such as gym and games room are always in great condition and great if you're on a budget!!
Bankside Student Living is without a doubt the best accommodation I have seen. The design is very modern and gorgeous which sets it apart from any other accommodation. The social spaces and amenities are also top of the line, with a gym, gaming and cinema room that you can book and are always left in good condition. The rooms are comfortable and the riverside view is amazing. I honestly couldn’t ask for more.

The rooms are comfortable and highest quality I could find in Guildford, the location doesn’t get any better, you’re 10 minutes away from anything!
It was my first time staying at Bankside this year and it has been no less than a great experience, the reception team are always willing to help with any needs and the ammenetites are insane! Compared to other student accommodations in Surrey excluding university of surveys campus accom, Bankside is definitely the best and you’ll have a great time here

The staff are always so helpful and super friendly towards the students with helping them with anything from packages to getting back into their rooms if they forgot their keys!

Amazing place for every student.
Bankside student living is really close to the university of Surrey which makes it really easier for me to travel so I’m really grateful for that. The social spaces are really big and it’s really good for hosting parties and hanging out with your friends. The staffs are really friendly they are always there for you whenever u need them. Glad I chose this accommodation
Aynsley Robertson, Jose luis,Brooke Cresswell are really Brilliant with their work. They all always helped me in any type of trouble. I highly recommend Bankside Guildford very any other student accommodation value for money and amazing location with very helpful staff.
Ideally there would be a cleaner on site for kitchen clusters, and corridors could be properly cleaned.
An amazing student accommodation, the staff are very friendly and always willing to help with any issues, online student-management interface works with no issues and most logged maintenance issues are fixed quickly. The location is perfect, close to campus, city centre, and a lidl; not to mention that the site itself is beautiful as it sits right next to a river. Plenty of communal spaces to study and for entertainment. The management staff are really the highlight though, always organising activities and preparing free drinks or snacks for us at the reception.

The location is perfect - close to university, the station AND town centre! Social spaces look very nice and can see myself using it when I move in. A little expensive but still a good price compared to other private student accommodations in Guildford.
Very supportive staff and is in a great location for University of Surrey students. Because the building is new, all the communal areas are in amazing shape and are very useful!
