This vibrant property is located in Glasgow’s West End, just a four-minute stroll from the University of Glasgow. It’s also conveniently located for students at Strathclyde with buses going to the university every four minutes.
This boutique student residence has fantastic social spaces. The communal lounge is a hub of activity and the perfect place to socialise with friends. The study room provides a quiet place for when you need to get stuck into some university work and the outdoor courtyard is great for when the sun is shining and you need a change of scenery. En-suite rooms come with storage, workspace, a small double bed and a private shower room. Students share an equipped kitchen and living space with up to six other people, which makes it the perfect option for booking with a group of friends. Thank you for your question and enquiry. Unfortunately all of our Studios are fully booked until August 27th 2022.
I would most likely have an En-Suite avialble from Mid March until August 27th 2022. Either in an 6 person flat (all female) or a 6 person flat (mixed gender and 1st/2nd year students) En Suite flat.
Would this be suitable for you at all?

I lived in an Ensuite in Gibson Street this year, it was very enjoyable, the rooms had a great view and the kitchen was well equipped. The staffs were very helpful and friendly, and were quick to respond to my requests for help. There are several supermarkets nearby, which can fully meet the shopping needs of daily life.

The reception is super nice and helpful. However, it would be better if the residents can select which floor they want to live.

GS is just 5 mins walk from UofG and enjoys a beautiful view of Kelvingrove Park. We have dishwasher and range hood which many of other accomodations don't have. If you prefer a convenient stay near UofG and do not care about social space, then GS is the best choice.

The accommodation is very close to the University of Glasgow, and it takes just five minutes from it to Kelvinbridge Tube station, bus stops nearby, restaurants downstairs and a park just across the road. The hospitality and service of the staff was very good and I was very satisfied during my stay.

The accommodation is in a really convenient location, just 5 min away from University. There are plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The subway stations are in walkable distance. Overall, i would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to be closer to the University and save time in travelling.

10 Gibson Street is in a great location for quick access to the University of Glasgow and I’ve had no local noise complaints. The common room is quite lovely and often quiet if you need to study. Social events advertised as part of the package were removed. The staff have been excellent and will tend to any issues you have quickly for the most part. But my personal experience has come with a lot of issues. On arrival, the flat had not been cleaned from the prior tenants and various utilities were broken for example, fridge shelving, freezer drawers, hoovers, and hob. It took two months to stop frequent Wi-Fi disconnections and restore ethernet access, requiring several hours of phone-call & email troubleshooting with the provider. It is perfectly possible that I am an unlucky outlier. For my tenancy, the accommodation was competitively priced for its location at the time.

It locates near the university and it is very convenient to go to library. If you need help, they are very glad to help you, although it is not always a satisfactory result. The only thing that is not very well is that their hand sanitizer beside the lift is always empty. It is a bit worrying during this special period.

The accommodation is located a great location. You can get a glimpses of River Kelvin and Kelvingrove park from some of the rooms here. And the best part is, it's just 5 mins away from UofG. The staff is so so helpful, friendly and attentive. Everything that you need is given to you and I've never had to ask twice. Yes, it is a little pricey but if you look at the location it's totally worth it. I'm sure if we were not in the middle of a pandemic, I would have been able to enjoy this place even more. The management of the apartment is great, with strict security measures. In addition, the location of the apartment is very good, very close to the university. There is also a park next to it, where you can run and exercise.

Though the price is a little high, but honestly, it’s totally worth it. The reception team is very nice and warm. During the quarantine, they are also willing to help. Also, the location is near the main campus, gym, library as well as the subway station (around or less than 5 mins). It’s also near the kelvingrove park.

The location is excellent for students at University of Glasgow since library, gym and other buildings are nearby. It is also closed to groceries and restaurants. The reception team is warm and reliable. Amazing place.

The location is really convenient because the University of Glasgow is only five minutes far from here. The building is nice and the staff is helpful. The common areas are modern and clean, however, we don't have more facilities(e.g. gym or games). I am disappointed because we don't have a cleaning service although there was in our contrast. Furthermore, the drying machines are totally useless as we have to dry our clothes three times in order to be dry, which means more money! There are a lot of problems and I think it is absolutely overpriced.

Good location, a five minute walk from the University of Glasgow library. Friendly stuff who try to be helpful. Before booking I was promised cleaning service for shared areas such as kitchen, which however never happened. We have to clean by ourselves. The common room is big and has a tv. The common areas are nice. The washing machines are okay but the drying machines do not dry the clothes properly at all. All in all my experience is a positive one in terms of social experience, location and the room itself, but I think it's a little overpriced since some facilities and services could be better.

I feel comfortable to live here. The staffs here are very nice, friendly and responsible. Besides, it is very close to the school of education, the library and the main building. Especially, I seems to be safe at night because there are some shops opening very late.

We are a 2 minute walk from Glasgow University gym/union/School of education, a 3 minute walk to the main library and a 5 minute walk from the main campus itself. The University is practically on your doorstep. As well as having lots of local amenities open later to cater for residents in the local area like yourself. Indoor common area is recommended
Hi there, Our common area is highly recommended as we have a PS4 available there with a collection of games. We have a Playstation Network Subscription and Netflix account avaialble on there also. We also host all our events and here too. - Brian
