The Ballet school and WillowBank are both Hello Student's apartment which has amazing four floor-to-ceiling Windows on one side of the wall so you can enjoy the sunlight throughout the house and the view is pretty good which can make your mood better. The style of the building is full of history heritage, you can live in here with relaxing and chilling feelings.

Really great location - close links to transportation and shops. Helpful staff. The rooms themselves are pretty small but cover the basics for the most part. The heating is fantastic. I also love the floor to ceiling windows as it allows lots of natural light to stream in. My only complaint is that some of the rooms don’t include a kitchen table which is inconvenient. The bar table is far too small especially if you have a guest over. I usually have to eat at my study desk which isn’t ideal. Overall, however, I’d say the accommodation is decent.

We can't unfortunately make the apartments any larger than they are to accommodate for more/ larger furniture - we have to take your safety into account too, more things + more bigger things = trip hazards in the event of a fire! Regardless of this, I've passed it along to the team on-site who will make note of your contructive words :)
The ballet school accommodation is really nice. The staffs here are lovely. I’ll choose here for my next year accommodation also!

Love the floor-to-ceiling Windows of the ballet, great view. In winter, the heating is very sufficient, and the staff is very warm and nice, which makes me feel warm^ ^

Nice place, nice staff. It’s convenient to go anywhere as the subway is nearby, and it’s not far from the university. The staff here are all friendly and kind. That’s why I think that this is a perfect place to live in.

My room is nice. Seems overpriced. Last year my room was the cheapest they had (small studio) and this year they reckon it's the biggest and best room (large studio) they've got on offer. The location is great. The worst thing is the staff. They are VERY rude, disinterested, and lazy. There is a major mean girl energy at the reception. One particular member of staff, who is admittedly rather immature, makes wildly inappropriate comments and doesn't seem to get picked up on it. Also for whatever reason, parcels have to be delivered to the neighboring building that you aren't given a key to and you are only allowed to collect parcels and mail from this communal area at reception at specific times which is rather inconvenient.

I am satisfied with the location and the equipments, but the parcel always had some problems to be send in the beginning because the Ballet School did not have its reception.

Great location and friendly staff. If I were still at Glasgow University, I would still be here.
I lived here for two years. The good news is that neighborhood is simply gorgeous, quite lovely. The rooms are adequate and the building is kept clean. However, in the end, the bad outweighs the good at the Ballet School as the staff are unprofessional and mediocre. Also, I am an international student and feel that many times I was not treated with respect and courtesy by the staff. My opinion? Don’t stay here. Keep looking.
