I have lived here for the past 3 years and I couldn't recommend the accommodation highly enough. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. The only downside I would say is the little garden area could be improved with some benches and nice flowers as it is just a bit of grass at the minute with overgrown weeds. But apart from that it is a really lovely place to live.

I have loved living in Fontessa House. Brilliant staff that have great communication with tenants. The accommodation is 100% worth the price and is in an excellent location in regards to the university and the centre of Chester. I would say the only area for improvement is the social side to the accommodation.
So so so many maintenance and hygiene problems. We have coplained several time, and nothing gets done.
Cleaning of the communal areas is good. Accept no one from day one has used common room nor does anyone mix here and neither are there any social nights put on like other accommodations do to meet others. Thus, very lonely. Additionally security is terrible and isn’t 24 hours like they claim. Other people have a safer and better time at other places. Also it’s nothing like the pictures or the showrooms
