The university has some excellent aspects such as a strong and active student union. The careers service needs more availability and more in options like drop ins however it provides good quality assistance, the campus is terrible as it is way too Small and too many students are sharing the same facilities and the only 2 lecture theatres that are not in a class room. The hallway is too small and there are not enough class rooms. There is virtually no teaching and constant strikes, for 9250 that is a waste of money. No student staff relationship and security on campus regularly use unneccessary physical restraint even on disabled students.
Nice, central location. Super diverse student body. Welcoming vibe.
Amazing University one of the best in London
City university is a very well organised university that offers a range of support to their students.
I love my school, people are really nice, we have a bunch of really great study areas, and I feel well supported in my studies.
Good uni with outstanding facilities and good environment
Really good Univesity with a lot of diversity. Great place to make new friends and experience a whole new lifestyle!
No social life but good education
Maybe because of lack of student union activity, there isnt a community feel about. Also lesson are half online still. Im not paying 9k for online lessons when I could have gone to open uni for cheaper
Great facilities offered, sports centre and a variety of study stations around campus
It was nice and knowledgeable babanababab
Great tutors and online learning is easy to navigate
Nice ! I’ve been one year in an art school and it has been an amazing experience
The journalism department has really good equipment and wifi was always working (because I was on the guest one, eduroam never worked for me). Didn't experience clubs or the SU - I don't think it's a very significant part of the City experience, unlike campus unis. Haven't used the Careers Service either, which might be a reflection of how lowkey it is. Not very oriented to my interests which are in journalism.
Good experience and nice management team
Campus is okay but teaching isn’t good. Online lessons were bad with teachers always turning up 20 minutes late. After first month there was a lack of support or opportunities. Will be transferinf this year
The course isn’t that great, teachers aren’t that helpful
Study’s are fun and great. I have made lots of friend s
Good location, good facilities, new friends
Great, good, fantastic, reliable, easy to make friends too, spacious room as well and the staff helpful
Fee is very high. They did not provide all books for BVS course this year like the previous years, nor did they reduce tuition fees
Central location and an amazing student feel
An amazing, central University with amazing courses and societies
Avoid this university like a plague. Huge waste of time and money. The lectures are 10-15 mins long, they do not teach anything and give horrible marks. The teaching is appalling, how the mighty have fallen! They do not live up to expectations! I strongly recommend to go to another university if you wish to learn and have a career, this university was a massive waste of time and money
Not bad but not the best as well
I really like my experiences at Hult where ı see myself developing a lot with a growth mindset. Having a practical education and international networking opportunity makes Hult a uniqueue school.
Love the atmosphere here in Canto Court
Nice research facilities. Handy Student centre
The university as good facilities; nevertheless, we haven't even been able to enter the building without having to undergo long sign-in procedures and spaces are limited, yet they are still charging the same fees.
Due to covid lockdown I am unable to visit my school and use the facilities there. However it is a good university! And the staffs are good
Haven’t been to the campus yet as I’m a first year, but the careers services are good as there are always meetings sent by email almost every week.
The location is good, with supermarkets, barbican centre, gym, etc nearby. The staff from the reception is also very friendly, and whenever there is something need to be repaired, the maintenance fixes it very soon.
lovely Uni so glad to be studying here. i get to meet so many people
The best performing arts school in the country. Maybe even the world.
The place is neat, efficient and peaceful.
excellent lecturers with patience and widsom. it's my honor to learn Accounting and Finance in such a top school
Solid business school that prepared me for a competitive consulting job! Love you City!
Great university with a good teaching staff available for the students.
I made great friends but as a whole it quite a disorganised university and the communication between staff and students is not good
Good University and great location
Supportive staff and good facilities
I’ve had an amazing exponent W
Cass is small and facilities there are really advanced, especially the computer softwares in the library
I like the Uni but depends on your course.
Good University, generally happy but not good prestige
Overall good experience in the univ
Ok University, lets see how they deal with this pandemic, hopefully share the burden with students.
Very good environment to study Highly competitive lecturers for those taking the BPTC
Cass Business School is one of the best schools in London
Great professors, but there is not enough events organised by the societies and the university itself
Perfect place for student life lots of social events and the people are nice
It is a really good place to spend time with your friends
Tutors and lecturers are all extremely helpful. Location is so good, as there are many restaurants/cafes around and is within walking distance to Holborn tube station and buses.
Too little support for dissertation and final pre.
City university was an incredible experience
Not the most helpful when it comes to helping out with studying. Really hard to get appointments for doubt clearance. Also engineering has 5 day classes so really hard to get time for self studying
All is good if you can afford it
First year Psychology student. The overall experience has been positive! The Student Union and Internet Connection could be improved a bit but the teaching, feedback system, new facilities is superb, happy with City :)
Very good university in the heart of London
The court yard could use a little freshing up.
Its a very good university that meet your needs accordingly, student union is only open until 11 but its fairly cheap for London.
A great place to go with everything you could ask for
Worst teaching I have ever experienced. Unorganised to the max. Professors and lecturers are corrupted.
Within the first day of induction I felt in a safe environment that had a clear buzz of opportunity and excitement. The facilities at City are far beyond many other universities I have visited and with smaller sized classes I am able to interact with my lecturers more to get the most out of my time here.
So happy with city university becoming a part of university of London defiantly should be up there in the top 20 in the UK
City University is the ideal university that can provide you with many opportunities and helps you pursue your future career! Currently studying BSc Financial Economics and couldn't be more happy with the facilities and teaching of this course!
New student bar is very good but plays completely naff music and serves no real beer or any food. The media society hasn't been operational for a whole year now meaning I cannot make radio shows.
