I have spent the past 3 years in IQ and it provides safe, good quality accomodation. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, however maintenance could be improved.

Excellent experience，we can study and live together. The room is big and clean. The whole house always has someone comes to clean the stairs. The staff also kind and helpful. We can get our parcel anytime. It‘s close to our university.

Things are always on point and if not fixed straight away. Staff are lovely and will brighten your day. Very easy to get around and given me opportunities other wont. Very suitable

Lived here for 3 years. Amazing prices for rooms, Internet is great at 100mbps most of the time. Halls are always tidy, staff are amazing and the 24/7 postal collection system is perfect. Highly recommended.
