Pritchatts House Biography
Pritchatts House is located in the heart of Pritchatts Park village which is currently under redevelopment and will be the University’s first net-zero carbon accommodation operation. Residents also have easy access to the Social Hub.
The Hub has ample facilities that residents can make use of, like a laundrette, quiet study areas, games area, and bookable spaces for activities. The Social Hub is also a great space to socialize and get to know your fellow students. After a long day, you can cook up a storm and relax in the shared kitchen and dining spaces.
Pritchatts House offers twenty-one flats that consist of 163 en-suite bedrooms. Each flat has around seven to ten bedrooms with shared kitchen/dining spaces. The rooms come equipped with a bed, study space and ample storage.

I go to sleep hearing someone crying upstairs. Like a mental asylum. No social life.
Rooms are spacious however flats are big (15 people in my flat) which makes socialising difficult. Kitchen isn’t great and toilets/showers average. Very close to campus and 5 min walk + £2 train to city centre
Quite good for the money but don't expect supreme quality of the heating or the common spaces for £80 p/w
Great place to find friends at the beginning of the year since you'll have many flatmates (in my case 17). Sometimes it might be hard living with all of them. I, for starters, had to get used to our kitchen, which sometimes can be quite filthy, but it was worth it.
Pretty decent, no social area in the flats though, only the big one

pritchatts house was really run down, it was extremely basic for the price you pay. When things went wrong staff were slow to fix it
Not value for money and facilities are shocking. Expects 26 people to share 3 showers with poor hot water and 18 people to share 2 ovens and 1 microwave. There are much nicer halls at my uni that cost less.
