I am a student from China. I stayed in Durham for a year. My English is not very good, but the staff here, Jenny, patiently introduced me to the use of the items in the room when I first checked in. When I checked out at the end of the year, I booked an extra year and communicated with me patiently. Thank you very much to all the staff and Jenny in the apartment. Good luck to you.
