I really enjoy studying at the University of Essex
I really enjoy studying at the University of Essex. The campus is green and peaceful, and there are lots of places to study, eat and meet friends. The lecturers are generally friendly and supportive, and the university offers good help with wellbeing, careers and academic work. I also like the diversity of the students and the many societies and events, so it is easy to feel part of a community. The main downside is that the campus is a bit far from Colchester town centre, and accommodation and food can be expensive. Overall, I would recommend Essex to students looking for a friendly, inclusive campus university with plenty of opportunities to get involved.
