Overall, an average accommodation in my opinion the drawbacks far outweigh the benefits. Firstly the TV lounges are falsely advertised on all floors as throughout the stay it is only used as a storage room, my rooms personally the furniture isn't properly maintained and not in a very good condition. For the price that you pay you'd expect the staff to at least assist with a few services like printing university work which was not provided. A few of the facilities aren't fully functioning such as the screening room (limited seating etc) & games room no proper equipment is even usable. However, there are a few plus factors like the study rooms.

Thank you for your review and we're very sorry to hear that you have experienced some issues at Chapter. In regards to facilities, unfortunately, we have had to close some of the amenity spaces in accordance to government guidelines and to keep our building COVID-19 secure.
