The speed of wifi awesome your wifi won't let you down.No good atmosphere for anything except studying. How can you except someone to clean their own rooms when you are paying such a huge amount for housekeeping. I happen to think of moment when I cose this accomodation instead of something else
I consistently had bad experiences living at Pendreich Way and would highly recommend living anywhere else but here. The place was so cramped and there wasn't much room in the fridge for everyone's food. Furthermore, there was only one toilet between the five of us and I would have to walk to the nearest public toilet to go to the bathroom quite often because my housemates would spend 40 minutes in the bathroom. The walls were also very very thin. I had a particularly awful housemate that would bring over different guys every night until 3 am and would slam the door even after I spoke to her about these issues 15 times (I am sadly not exaggerating this number). The management is also not responsive at all. I had black mold in my room and I had sent them two emails, called them, and went in person and it took them 3 weeks to do anything. Furthermore, I started feeling unsafe at one point due to the bad housemate and reported this issue 3 times and nothing was done.
More expensive than private accommodation. There was so much not working and we had to complain to the accommodation office so many times before they fixed anything. It took them weeks to come by. The place is tiny and cramped. Hardly any space to store food, not to mention the place the so old. There are many international students living there, especially from China. They never clean, they are always cooking in the tiny kitchen with their friends for hours. They are also very loud and seem not to care about the rest of us.
The houses are too smal for 5 people. Walls are too thin. Floors make a lot of noise.There is a mini fridge and a mini freezer. The clearners hardly ever come by. Everything is old and rusty. Had a difficult time.
Most dirtiest accommodation in campus / fungus are every where and very dirty and many other problems
