Beton House offers students convenient living as the accommodation is located close to all the local amenities you might need, including a pharmacy, a medical centre and a convenience store. You can enjoy being close to campus as Sheffield Hallam University is a short walk away and the University of Sheffield is a quick cycle away.
Need a mental break? Then work up a sweat in the fully equipped gym and yoga studio. For residents added benefit there is WiFi, cycle storage, washing machines, all utility bills included and contents insurance. Stay stress free knowing there is twenty-four hour support, to help you with anything you may need.
Beton House gives you the option to live alone in a private, fully equipped studio, two bedroom apartment or enjoy an ensuite room in a shared flat with friends. All of the rooms are extremely spacious and have ensuite bathrooms and ample storage. Studios come with a fully fitted kitchenette.

i have a question regarding the location. how awful is the hill and stairs up to the accommodation, especially for somebody with a chronic illness?

We would encourage you to visit us for a viewing and we can show you around the property and see if it's something that would suit any illness and make adjustments where possible. The area to get to Beton House is on an incline but there are local bus and tram connections close by that could be an advantage.

What are the open hours for deliveries?

Reception is open from 9.30am but we request to collect parcels after 11am where possible to enable the team to receive and process all deiveries. We have a security team on until 3am if you need to collect these later during the evening when the office team are out.

As we are a listed building we have original concrete walls that should not have anything hanging on them. We would suggest the peelable sticky tabs for anything that you'd require to be hung on the other walls to avoid any damage to the paint. No candles, vapes, insence sticks, oil fryers or smoking on site.

What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
What is a guarantor and do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Will I need to pay a deposit on student accommodation?
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

Site team go above and beyond planning social events and making you feel welcome, never expected my uni accommodation to be giving me coffee and donuts in the morning. My accommodation has to be one of the best reasons i’ve moved up to university. My room is one of the biggest student rooms i’ve seen and for it to still be super cheap is astounding, the staff are super friendly and always have fun activities going on around the accommodation, hide and seek with a penguin, meeting bunnies and much much more. This accommodation is absolutely amazing and has so much to offer for a great price i love it here and believe it’s the perfect accommodation for new students who can balance university work with fun activities. they offer great help at all times and have always fixed problems if there are any, as soon as possible. i would definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a place to live in sheffield. 10/10 all the time
Well placed location - 5th year architecture student so nice to live somewhere that has some history too. As the building is retrofit and not purpose built as student accomodation there is a generous amount of space compared to other buildings where they are designed to be "efficient" (profit for the accomodation provider at the sacrifice of your comfort 🫠) Generally a pretty nice place to live - I've spent 3 years here overall, one in a cluster apartment during 2nd year after covid and both years of my masters degree in a studio and enjoyed both. Staff on site seem to have a high turnover and change what feels like annually - I've had varying experiences of customer service but as it stands the quality is passable. The social activities are very much for freshers/younger students but that's to be expected; this is a shame however as the studios definitely cater towards older students and I've met several masters students who share the same sentiment.
Staying at Beton House has been fantastic, my room and the shared kitchen are great value for money and not cramped like previous accommodations I’ve stayed in. Lots of activities are hosted and advertised multiple times a week which is great for making friends outside of your flat. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

I am really enjoying the accommodation that I was given, the staff are nice and the rooms are amazing but there has been some issues regarding roommates.
Room is spacious and nice considering price. Reception staff are really nice and friendly too. However I’ve only got on window in my room and it was cracked before arriving here and still hasn’t been repaired.

Incredible value for money, the room space is very generous and contributes to the homely feeling of the accommodation. Rooms have a modern feel and furniture is of very high quality. The different floor levels within the flat separate each room nicely. Great for students who enjoy their own space but like to come together to connect with others. Spacious kitchen and living space with good facilities. Management offer an amazing service where maintenance is necessary, most of the issues raised have been resolved within 24 hours. The team are also very friendly and always willing to support. The accommodation feels very safe and protected, great security on site and secure features to the flats and rooms. Located only a 15 minute walk to the city campus, the walk is easily accessible. I am interested in rebooking with the accommodation for many of these reasons.
About my opinion in this student accommodation: 1. Location: very near to Sheffield Hallam University, public transport, and local amenities. 2. Facilities: Amenities like Wi-Fi, laundry, study areas, football area, indoor game room, mini theatre, individual letter box, spacious kitchen and common rooms. 3. Room Quality: Larger room size compared to other student accommodation, high class furnishings, cleanliness, and privacy. 4. Safety: Double lock system, cameras, and staff presence. 5. Community: Multinational culture, social events, and very friendly the staff and humble. 6. Value for Money: Top notch quality and services provided by the accommodation. 7. Overall Experience: Best in class, very happy to be here in BETON HOUSE. I recommend students can choose these accommodations without second thought.
This is my 3rd year here and i have really enjoyed the place here. It has good location with a loving view when walking up the hill.
I moved in a little later than everyone so was left without a choice on my cupboards and fridge freezer choice, however the storage and space in the cupboards and fridge freezer is absolutely perfect! the kitchen is so elegant and clean! Reception staff are so helpful and kind, it’s so easy to collect parcels or ask questions or for help. The events BH boats are super helpful as it helps us new tenants make friends with our neighbours. The resources they have to offer are absolutely amazing, the gym, the private kitchen, the common room, etc. are more than you could ask for and are all free to use. I couldn’t recommend Beton House more!

This accommodation is really worth it for the price, with one of the cheapest rooms being larger than the normal accommodation size. The social space is really great for making friends and meeting new people and there is also a nice courtyard outside with a shop which is very convenient

As a returning student to Beton House, I can confidently say that it’s been a great place to live. I originally chose it for its unbeatable convenience—just a short walk to the university, which saves me so much time during busy semesters. But what really stood out to me was the building’s brutalist architecture, out of all the types of architecture this is by far my favourite and getting to live in a place like this is has made me overall university experience so much more enjoyable. The experience living here has been fantastic. The Wi-Fi is solid, kitchens are well equipped, rooms are spacious and i’ve had barely any issues living here. Having lived here the previous year as well, I can vouch for the staff too. They’re always friendly, responsive, and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Big rooms for what we pay, though the smaller rooms are dark due to there only being one window. Amazing kitchen with two balconies and a large area to be social.

Great social spaces are included with the accommodation. The flats are very nice with spacious rooms and plenty of room for socialising with flatmates in the shared kitchens. Staff are very helpful with any problems that arise.

Really reccomend Beton house accomodation! They have the biggest rooms out of all uni accomodation and for cheaper than alot of other accoms. The location is great and theres always fun events on. The whole Beton house team are lovely! Mollie in particular goes the extra mile always being so kind and friendly and helpful. Recently she printed off loads of posters for mine and my course's fashion show and put them up all around Beton house which has been a massive help thankyou!

I was a bit skeptical about the amount of events the accommodation has but when they started to collaborate with redfrogs they started getting better and better. The team are lovely and it's managed very well. I love it so much here I decided to rebook for my final year.

Rooms are a good size but are overpriced imo. The building is clean and the team are very good. Ben is a legend. Massive downside is there's no parking and the on-street parking is scarce and zoned.

Overall clean accommodation, staff are super nice and helpful and one of the maintenance staff members Ben came to fix an issue I had straight away. Good utilities, location is great, close to train station and the school also has a convenience store right outside reception open until late every night. The internet is average, not the fastest but if you’re just studying or using it to browse on your phone then it’s good enough. The rooms are very spacious and the en suite is nice and big. Very large desk and you could also put in your own storage spaces if need be as there is lots of room. They have events on to socialise although I don’t attend. Social spaces are clean and there’s a gym and games room with a pool and table tennis.
The bedrooms are spacious and the location is great however it's pretty loud even in the middle of the night and the smell of weed can hit badly. The staff is nice but repairs take time and it just didn't meet my expectations. It's defo a good place for someone looking for a typical student experience but not for quiet and clean people.
Had a particularly good experience with Ben the maintenance person who was very helpful in sorting out my toilet. I reported the issue and they came the next day and did a thorough job. Thank you!

The maintenance is amazing, I had some issues and all were fixed withing a day of beton house being notified about them and even extra issues which I had not noticed were fixed!
Really good, value for money, staying for another year
Lovely accommodation with wonderful staff who are always happy to help with any problems. Facilities are amazing and the accommodation itself is a perfect location to town and the city campuses.
Rooms are very large and prices are average if not slightly less so price per m² is excellent. Location is good, very close to the Railway Station, Hallam City Campus and the City Centre, although the Western part of the city (Broomhall, Ecclesall Road) are slightly longer but perfectly feasible walk. The 120 bus also stops outside and there is a tram stop next to the nearby railway station. Management and cleaning are good communal speaces are usually very clean and and issues - have had some - reported to maintenance via the app are fixed very quickly. Social spaces are of a good quality and events and freebies are frequent. Internet access is good. Over ethernet connections in rooms you can get averages of ~200Mbps download and upload speed and ping under 10ms. Over WiFi the speeds are naturally not quite as good but still very good and coverage is also very good.
Very big and nice building. Spacious rooms however lt would need more car park spaces and the rooms are a bit dark as you do not get much natural lighting. Overall a great value for money. It is very close to the city centre and train station.

A really nice location just a 5 min walk from the train station which is really convenient. All rooms are a decent size with sizable ensuite. The kitchen and living space is a great size with everything you need.
Special mention to Ben from maintenance for fixing our communal door and other issues within a day of them being brought to his attention.
Very helpful staff that is there to answer any questions needed, great location and easy access to city and university campuses, great price too for a premium studio with lots of space and storage if you have a lot of stuff. Also holds amazing events for all people to access :)

Room is spacious especially for the price when compared to other accommodations in Sheffield. They hold lots of events such as glass painting and cocktail classes which are great for meeting people. Very close to the train station, only downside is the hill you gotta walk up but that aint their fault.
One the best Accommodations in Sheffield, affordable with really great site staff. And the rooms are some of the biggest I have seen, so if that's concern then book here Not too far from Hallam with access to shops and clubs. Highly Recommend this place

The room, kitchen and bathroom size is so so much bigger than any other accommodation in Sheffield. The room size and location are so good that I'm staying for my second year. i highly recommend this accomodation.
Super helpful and friendly staff made check in and move in easy and hassle free. The space is bright and social with plenty of spaces to hang out with friends and to make friends. The location is just outside the city centre makeing it perfect for those looking for a quieter place to spend their time while still being in walking distance of everything the city has to offer.
Lived at Beton house for 2 years and I was very happy with my experience, and would be staying another year if I could afford the increased rent. There are a few issues, but the pros outweigh the cons Pros: - The building/rooms have a vibrant, colourful feel. Very unique design - spacious rooms in terms of size, but also distance from each other. An extra element of privacy. You’re essentially in a three story townhouse. Unique and effective architecture - Great social spaces. Regular events and spaces to chill out, cinema room, pool table etc Cons: - The location. Yes you’re in close range to the city centre and Hallam university, but the hill you walk up from the train station is very steep. You can go up two different hills that are a bit more dobale, but after a long day of uni or whatever, its not ideal - Designated hours to collect post. This wasn’t the case under previous management and is a bit annoying that you can’t always collect parcels as soon as they arrive

Beton House is a lovely place to stay. This is my 2nd time staying with them and I've already rebooked to stay next year. The rooms are very large and easy to make them homely. I love staying in the historical building, especially coming from Sheffield and having family that ues to live here befor they got redeveloped. Its very close to university and I love the walk in, over looking the city at the amphitheatre. The staff put on lots of fun events, tho personaly I haven't enjoyed them this year, but hopefully they'll be some better events next year. The staff are all very welcoming, supportive and have your best interest at heart. They also offer a role as a Student fier Warden, which I have really enjoyed this year and gives you a nice little discount on rent which really helps. The accommodation is also always open for suggestions and improvements from students so I can't wait to see what's next year is going to be like. Thank you. Stevo

Great, super friendly and informative staff. Maintenance comes super quickly when something need fixing. Loads of social events held in the downstairs common rooms, and there's a cinema room, a record player, a study room and a communal kitchen.

This place is the best student accommodation in Sheffield by a mile!! The rooms and kitchen are absolutely massive. The building feels very new clean and comfortable. The best thing about this place is the price you get extremely good value for money at affordable prices. The property team are amazing!!!! The are all so friendly and happy! Really lovely people! They are always able to help you with anything you might need. They also work hard to put on fun social events for everyone pretty much every week! Lots of freebies and competitions at reception too. You should stay here if you are considering student halls!

Béton house is an outstanding place to stay. On one hand, the accomodation itself is great. It is spacious and the living room is luminous thanks to the balconies and the big windows. The room is great and the bathroom is both modern and functional. The shower is the best shower I have ever tried. The location of béton house is perfect. Near the train station and the university. The city centre is 10 to 15 minutes away which is really great because you can enjoy the calm up the Hill but still be close to the city centre. There is also Norfolk héritage park near and it is a fantastic Park for a walk. On the other hand, the staff here is more than perfect. They are all friendly and every events organized are great (from an open mic to tennis table tournaments). Such events are great to meet other student as well. I can only recommend Béton house. Regarding the Price, in my opinion it is worth the money, 100%.
Great accommodation, quite far from most clubs and my uni (Hallam), but definitely worth it for the cost and quality.
The flat kitchen and rooms are very spacious, well designed and very modern. The staff at reception are all lovely and helpful and the facilities in and around the accommodation are all great, with the common room having a pool and ping pong table and cinema room so good for socialising. 100% recommend this accommodation!

The rooms are unlike any other student flats, really stylish and an interesting layout with the amazing bonus of a balcony in the premium suites and living room. There's lots of social events organised by the Beton House team and all the staff are very friendly, feels like one big family. Absolutely no complaints, wish I were still a student next year just so I could stay longer.
Location is great, within 5 minutes of Sheffield Hallam. Rooms are spacious and worth so much more than the advertised rent. There are always activities going on and scheduled.

A really lovely place to stay! I was really anxious about initially moving away for university but the second I arrived at Beton I was immediately made to feel so welcome by all the staff! The townhouses are modern and very spacious, the communal areas are always very clean! The one issue I’ve needed maintenance to help me with was fixed ridiculously fast and all the staff including security on the night shift are very friendly, happy to chat, and always willing to help with anything you might need, they will really do everything they can to support you! They also hold a lot of events in the communal areas which is a great way to meet other people in the building, and there’s a karaoke machine you can borrow!!! I really recommend this place, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!
Last spring, me and my dad visited every single accommodation in Sheffield that was on the accommodation tour and Béton house was the best out of them by a lot. Relatively cheap and big bedrooms :)

Absolutely terrific, very friendly staff, brilliant views of the city, nearby affordable shop and not too far from city centre. The management team are very flexible with payments in accordance with student loans, Wi-Fi is superb with a height of 275mbps. Would highly recommend for all students of all years.
Whilst at Beton house I have only been greeted with the most welcoming, helpful staff. There are constantly social activities running in the common room - a few I’ve attended have been “paint and a pint”, a pizza night and even having dogs over to draw them (All for free I might add). The rooms are amazing value for money, it’s the biggest accomodation I have seen for the same or less than most average prices.
Amazing student flats. I am relieved, after renting from landlords, how much better it is. No landlord letting themselves in without permission & no hassle from staff. I can enjoy my home. Very helpful & friendly staff. Post always well organised. A poster in our kitchen that says there should be a cleaner every week but this doesn’t seem to happen. WiFi is good but I don’t like the Ask4 login system. we have to pay to connect more than 5 devices - bit cheeky from ASK4 & Beton House. Other thing is, the accommodation is so well thought out but we didn’t have a mop+bucket (or on the inventory list). Laundry is daylight robbery. £3.60 wash & £2.20 dry. But that is no different to other student flats. But Beton House is different - it doesn’t seem just for profit. Staff care and are friendly. The accommodation has photos and displays to showcase the history of Sheffield and Park Hill. So be different, please put washing machines in flats. However, would 100% recommend.
I have recently booked the Beton brut and had an amazing experience. The space is amazing for chilling out, yoga, dancing, and much more. With the TV included it's perfect for watching films with friends. I will definitely be booking again.

Everyone who I know that booked somewhere else is jealous. The wifis fast, there’s a shop in the building, the staff are lovely and the rooms are HUGE.
The team at reception are really welcoming and run social activities that allowed me to make friends. Bedroom and kitchen are huge and colorful, it surprised me when I arrived. The balcony in the kitchen is a really good plus. Definitely the best accommodation I recommend it !

Beton House is the perfect student accommodation for those looking for somewhere a bit quieter to stay. The staff are really friendly and helpful and there is a very welcoming atmosphere. The WiFi works really well allowing for studies and gaming to be done without interruption.

I absolutely love beton house! The furnishings are modern and rooms are huge! It's located just up the hill from the main city meaning its a lot more quiet and feels very cosy when you need to revise for a exam or sleep before a lecture.
Rooms are huge and staff are super friendly. Just got a shop, so the facilities are second to none. Cinema room, gym, yoga studio, and table tennis are all provided and free of charge. Would recommend to anyone.
The accommodation has a bus stop directly outside the building. The tram/train station is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It's a great place to meet new people!!!
Beton House is a good place for students to live if you're willing to spend £110-£140 a week... The rooms are very spacious, have all necessary facilities and if you have any problems, Kevin (very nice and very helpful maintenance guy) is always around to fix them... I had a few issues... They might sound trivial but when you're paying £130 a week, you expect a very comfortable stay... 1. The lifts are very far away from many rooms. I stayed in flat 1 on Long Henry row which is farthest from the lift. Literally a 2 minute walk from my room to the lift. 2. The lift was mostly not a problem because there were stairs very close to my room. But around July, they closed our access to the stairs because "the stairs don't belong to beton house's part of the building". They said they can't do anything about it so you'll have to walk to the lift. 3. Location is close to SHU but you have to climb down the steel steps (150 steps) if you don't have your own vehicle. Coming back up is the same.
I simply could not recommend Beton house enough for a first year student, the staff are absolutely wonderful and will go out of their way to help you feel comfortable and at home! If I could stay at Beton house forever I would.
The accommodation offers great value for money, I’ve visited other accommodations and they tend to have less room space than Beton, yet Beton is cheaper. However, brighter lighting in the rooms would be a nice improvement.
Honestly loved my time at Beton. I go to the University of Sheffield and sometimes I felt like we make up a small minority of the residents ate Beton house but my biggest worry was that it was too far away from the Uni of campus. With the train station, tram stops, and bus stops really near by the accomodation it was never an issue. The area is also very safe and I never felt unsafe walking home late at night. It’s really quiet at night too. The kitchens and en-suites are lovely and spacious. The only complaint i have and it is literally me being a little pedantic is the study space, while quiet and clean, is small and the seating isn’t the most comfortable. Staff are warm and welcoming.
Amazing accommodation. There were activities for everyone and free gifts and food at least twice a week. Insanely friendly and efficient staff and maintenance! Great social spaces - cinema room, study room, common rooms... The actual flats are so stunning as well, amazingly clean and modern, everything working perfectly, huge rooms and showers! Could NOT FAULT! Stay here!!
My stay at the beton has been a great one from the beginning. 1) interior - though old building but newly refurbished and all inside are new 2) spacious - the room types are always bigger than the typical student room elsewhere 3) kitchen - just 4 of us to share 1 kitchen is so much better 4) convenient shop - just right at the corner of the building to get all types of groceries 5) responses from the management - the maintenance staff , Kevin is so efficient , he has got all the blockage of the drain done the next day i reported a maintenance request Most importantly , Sophie , the lovely accommodation staff in the building is very quick to reply, almost instantly and always help me out with my needs. Anyway it is not the most perfect place to live as it sit on top of the hill where you will need to climb many stairs up and honestly it s physically challenging. BUT it is just right besides the train station and i am more physically fit now, i highly recommend beton!
Béton House is by far the best accommodation in Sheffield. It’s close to the universities, has great facilities, unbelievably fast WiFi and is a Value For Money. I would definitely recommend it to any student considering booking there.
Brilliant accomodation, I've stayed in a couple of different places over the last few years but Beton House is by far the best. The rooms are comfortable and spacious (particularly the premium rooms, I've paid the a similar amount for much smaller rooms in other accomodatation), kitchens are well-equipped, and the gym and study room are great. Have chosen to do a Masters degree in Sheffield- despite my initial plan to move away next year- so I can stay here for longer, the peace of mind knowing that the staff team will sort any issues if they arise is a major factor in this decision. Nathan, Sophie, and Kevin are lovely and it's clear that they genuinely care about students' welfare.

Beton House is great accommodation for all students. The location is ideal with super friendly staff and reliable security. My experience here has been a lot of fun with very little problems, and any issues that I have encountered have been resolved very quickly by the maintance staff.
A brilliant, well-managed and clean accommodation that I have had no issues with, especially compared to previous acommodation blocks I have stayed in. The staff are nice and always helpful, running regular events which make your stay more pleasant. The location is convenient and I have had no issue getting anywhere. The rooms are spacious and contain everything needed without the "used" feel that other accommodations have. Finally the joint flat living area has plenty of fridge and cupboard space, leaving none of us wanting, whilst the seating area and tables have been brilliant for social intteraction. Of the acommodation blocks I have stayed in over the past 4 years, Beton house is the one that I would choose again.
Room is big, furnitures and infrastructures are new and great as well. Also the staffs are very friendly and super helpful. Not to mention there always treats (energy drinks/ fruits/ snacks) for the tenants here. Anyways, very good value and definitely recommend it to any international students looking for accommodation in Sheffield.

Stunning interior and exterior design in a prime location. The staff here are the friendliest I’ve ever experienced over 4 years of uni, alongside the standard of the facilities, size of the studios and the value for money. Beton House is set in a location with tonnes of history and super close to the train station/uni - truly a fab experience staying here, I have had 0 faults!

Since moving into Beton House Loz has accommodated all my needs and has acted very swiftly when doing so. Loz is also very bubbly and easy to chat to if you have any personal issues!

Shalom All!!! Beton House does everything right the staff here are very helpful (Loz Katie and Tim) they provide a lot of activities and events every week even during the lockdowns. They are very friendly and always look forward to hearing about your day and what you have been getting up to so have a chat if your bored. The rooms are very nice and have a lot of room. the kitchen and communal area in the town house is a pleasant place to socialise and you can rearrange it if you like. At reception there is coffee and tea vending machines there is a pretty decent gym also as well as a cinema room that is very comfortable you could spend hours in there. There is a study room that you can use if you want to get away from distractions which is very useful the whole place is very modern and stylish and always very clean. one bad thing that cant be helped is the construction outside which can act as a personal alarm clock during the week. For the money I'd recommend this place to anyone !!

It is a very nice accommodation with spacious rooms and kitchens. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The gym and social spaces are wonderful. It is close to Sheffield Hallam University and has bus and tram stops right at the corner.

Really nice interior of the property is very modern and homely plus the rooms and big. Only down side is the social aspect but this is due to Covid and the property being less well known. The staff are amazing.
Beton house is great value for money and you won’t find a student accommodation with a better layout and size of rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile. Only thing I think that needs improving is some more social opportunities in the communal space downstairs (perhaps a ping pong or pool table)
Béton House is situated in Park Hill which is a really great area to live in. It’s green and peaceful but also really close to the city centre and train station. The staff are friendly and willing to help with anything, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. With a free to use gym and cinema room on site, there’s not much more you can ask for really.
Good balance of cost to quality. Being a new property everything is quite fresh over here. The management is quite welcoming and most of the stuff is organized quite well despite the current situation of the world. And the concrete walls really show the unique aspect of the building.
Massive bedroom and kitchen/living space, definitely feel worth the money just for floor space. And they is so many cool bits of history from the original building still visible. The team at reception are really welcoming and supportive and run great social activities which ive found really helpful in making friends during my first year. O and the balcony on the primum rooms is a huge plus.
