BEWARE - Room booked under earlier you book the cheaper the room, however after arranging time for key pick up the room and contract was cancelled by AXO, presumably as they were still advertising rooms available at a greater price, they had found a tenant willing to pay more. Booked and contract issued in January, cancelled by AXO in May. Ended up having to find a new room in another hall. No apology or recompense!!!
