Lovely halls, kept very clean (kitchen bins are emptied daily), everyone is very social within all the flats and making friends was easy. There is a lack of a common room but most people congregate within the kitchens. The laundry room, manor park reception and Tesco are very close. The walk to uni is only around 15 minutes (less than the rest of manor park). Good nightlife but also very quiet when you want to sleep. The rooms are a good size with lots of storage however the bathrooms (especially the shower) are quite small but they are manageable. Good pressure with all the taps and shower head. I was very worried about the many bad reviews but once you’re here you’ll see how different it is to the reviews!

Not very nice :/ Manor park is similar price and much better!
The only university court with room cleaning services. It's located right next to the Sports Park, Hospital and Tesco. Most convenient place to live in. It takes about 10 mins to walk to the university.
