Once, the mirror on the wall of my house fell off, and the apartment management staff helped me order a new mirror and installed it. I would like to give special thanks to Chris and Ross, who often help me with repairs to the facilities in my house.

Beautiful location with a beautiful view of southernhay gardens. Love having coffee by the window with my girlfriend in the morning before starting my day. Will surly miss it when leave. I highly recommend this place. It’s spacious. Relaxing and easy to get to university 10/10

If you study at Exeter University and want to live in a loft room, you must not miss Dean clarke lofts. This is a very private, quiet and clean apartment, perfect location, friendly staff, everything is very good!

Amazing location and good distance from St.Likes Campus. About a 20 minute walk to Streatham. If you want to be in the Center of all uni social and night life this is great, but there is no socialising with others in this building. Enjoyed having a flat to myself, but there are a lot of things that needed fixing; and disappointed that some issues took 4 months to sort. Would recommend to others if the maintenance could improve. WiFi is okay, but drops regularly and awful for zoom, teams and FaceTime calls. There is no parking available, so for placements not the best, and the lift goes to the 2nd and not the top floor so when moving in and out ask for help. Have had a good time here.
