Very friendly staff, very helpful. Good price that takes into consideration the area it's in. Security is on the desk every night. Within a few minutes walk of the Uni/Hub building. Not the nicest area but the building is fenced off and secure.

The Best thing about living in Raglan House were the Staff. The staff are really lovely, I lived when the staff changed. And I can say that both the New and the Old staff are lovely. The problem I had were some of the flatmates were very problematic and not enough action was taken against them and not quickly. Otherwise, Raglan is a good place for the price and the location is decent. Just hope, you get good flatmates.
Hi member1091469, Thank you for your warm words about our team. We are sorry to hear about the issues with your flatmates and we can only sincire appologiese for it now. We are working hard with our team to improve our responce to any issues raised with us. Kind Regards Raglan House Team

Very disappointed, I had to sleep in the kitchen because I was not able to enter my room, I asked for compensation, the manager promise me this but never replied back to my email again, I contacted customer service they were very unhelpful, I was waiting for the compensation so I did not pay the rent for 2 weeks and my credit got marked because of this, I am now denied credit from any company, I am currently discussing this with Ombudsman, hopefully you will get fined for this.
Raglan House is great my issues lie with the accommodation cleanliness and maintenance, we have broken fridge freezers that leak that have been reported a broken oven also reported, mould in bathrooms and overall condition of cleanliness within properties is low before moving in, I do love raglan house but I currently have a kitchen that due to the cleanliness of it when moving in and not having been seen to since, also expected to clean rubbish of prior tenants. All in all every accommodation within raglan needs cleaning teams to full internally clean all parts of the property before the coming semester.
rude reception staff and unclean.
What is there to say about Raglan house? To put it simply, over all crap. The floor in the kitchen isnt straight and has a trip hazard, the hobs are awful, damaged counters and poor facilities to cook. That isnt even the worst part. The Hoover stank of vomit, a replacement was given and that went missing, logged a maintenance request for a new one and now having to pay. As for staffing, you're more likely to see Brexit happen than the staff actually turning up. You're supposed to sign in guests but the book is never out, infact if your guest is here enough they assume they live here too. Price is far from worth it, I'd rather give my student finance to a researching unicorns foundation at this point because itd be put to better use. A cardboard box outside Kasbah would be better than this
worst decision I've made, reception never here, unhelpful maintenance
The service is awful. Locked out of my room in the middle of the day because the ‘batteries ran out’ of my room door. Ricdiclous. Waiting for over an hour to get someone to open my door even though it’s 16:00 on a Thursday and meant to be someone on reception until 18:00. Absolute joke I recommend anywhere else in Coventry.
Good accom, not very social but it does the job
Disappointed. Only thing good about it was meeting my current housemates. They don't deal with complaints very well and when complaints made, took money off deposit even though they were made aware of the issues.
