Clean and nice. The facilities were good and of good price
I regret my decision to stay in this house. The first day I came (September 16, 2016) the room was not cleaned properly (e.g. spider web was everywhere, the room smells badly). The toilet flush did not work very well too, so I waited until almost a month for them to change the toilet flush with a new one. The bathroom floor was not sloping, until now I have to sweep the water every time I take a shower and it causes the smells and humidity in the bathroom. The bathroom always flooded every time I took a shower. I have reported this to the housing hub but never get any response ever since. I really need to get my bathroom floor fixed. I made daily complaint during the first two weeks here. For the price, I paid 734.99 pounds per month for a smelly room in mile end (not even in central London). Such a waste of money.
