Pretty good option compared to many others, a perfect fit for students. Like everything else in London, it is pricey (but better than private rental options, with more amenities guaranteed)
Not clear enough with the information of the room you going to get before arriving. There is a contract which don’t specify the room you will have, some are better than others for the location and organisation of the elements in the room, they have the same price but the good ones are taken at the beginning and the worst ones are given at the end. You don’t get enough information until you get here. There is only one common room. The kitchen is too little to share with other 5 roommates, there is no enough space on the fridges for that many people , I can’t store anything there. There is a Laundry room but there are just 6 or 7 for all hall of accommodation and you have to pay extra to use it. If for some reason you want to terminate the contract earlier you have to pay for rent until they can find someone else to rent it, so they never lose, the students lose. The accommodation is too expensive for what it actually offers.
It was a good experience as a first-year to make new friends and bond with people in the common rooms
Sketch house is nice other than the no air conditioner thing- most of my problems come from the other tenants they are always loud. They run down the halls, talk loudly, and randomly bang on doors.
The building is modern and has lots of lighting. The location is right next to Finsbury Park tube station and overall I think the value for money was very good.
Really great experience at sketch I've met plenty of friends and find the experience great. I'm close to plenty of good transport links.

Staff was not welcoming nor friendly. Rooms are carpet, crammed, and feel stuffy. I wouldn't live here again.
Sketch House was the perfect location getting used to living in London as a first year student. I made many friends here, not just in my own flat. Cleanliness and the maintenance of things such as lifts and laundry facilities could have been better.
It's really good, not a lot of social stuff though or at least I don't know about them so maybe not advertised well enough.
My second time being at sketch, the rent has gone up my £20 a month but not really any changes. But great location.
A place with great transport links and efficient maintenance team. At times however, felt staff carried out needless tasks, wasted their and your time for no apparent reason
The accommodation is really close to a variety of grocery stores including Lidl, Sainsbury's, M&S and more. Its also walking distance to a variety of cheap gyms and Finsbury park which is a great meeting place for friends or running. Down the street there is the tube station, Finsbury Park, which has access to Victoria and Piccadilly Station which can get you to central London within 10 minutes. The rooms themselves are quite adequate with enough storage for all my belongings, although the closet could be a little bigger. There is staff at reception for most of the day and some nights, but not every night. Receiving packages is really simple at reception, and theres also a vending machine there if anyone wants a midnight snack. I think there could be more done to make the social spaces attractive for people to come together and maybe more events could be done too.
Overall the rooms are decent for the money you're spending, prices in London aren't exactly cheap. The place is very clean and you have everything you need as a student living alone. Some rooms differ even at the same price so sometimes you can end up in a room that is a bit more claustrophobic than others (mine lol). The staff is nice and understanding when it comes to questions or if you have a problem that you need fixing. As for the common room spaces, compared to other accoms that you can find it's very stale and most people don't use it. Overall though it's a nice flat and you'll find your people easily.

The room was spacious, especially considering the reasonable price. Overall a great experience. The only thing is that the tap in the kitchen git broken and didn't work for a few days. It would be great if the maintenance team worked quicker. Appart from that I would rate my experience as 8/10.
Communal spaces are clean, but within flats there are no cleaners and kitchens get very dirty. Good location for travel but is expensive.
