Brilliant value for money. If you ever have any problems involving your flat or tenants, the reception team is very friendly and will sort issues out promptly. I lived in a 5 people flat, the kitchen although is smaller than other nearby accomodations, is still spacious enough for everyone. Having 2 fridges and freezer is a god send. You can't get a better location than Park Court, trust me. The room itself was great for space, cosy and warm with really comfy beds. Super fast wifi! One thing I would say is noise, can get noisy (if you were like me and faced the street where Scene is) and it felt like the people above us were always moving furniture. Would definitely recommend however to anyone on a tight budget but still want some luxury.
Park Court is a really good place to live, I'm doing a Masters so this will be my fourth year living here because it's a good distance from uni, its right in the center, the receptionists are absolutely lovely, they see to the (rare) fixtures and problems immediately and it is all for a great price. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to any student!
The location is perfect, right in the centre of Lincoln and only five minutes from the university. The rooms are quite small, although the decor is updated and the price is good so that makes up for it! The only downside is if your not a nurse they do not put you with people they think you will get along with, they put you with anyone and in my opinion it's more important to get along with your roommates and have things in common rather than the place your living in! Also, girls if you manage to get lipstick on your teeth the staff won't tell you so make sure you check before you leave the room as I didn't and was walking round with a red tooth!!
Such a lovely place, if you're new to the uni / a fresher I recommend this place! 1 min to the nearest club HOME (one of the popular ones for students), 2 mins to town centre/highstreet and nearest supermarket (a tesco express) and a 5-10 minute walk to the uni but it's always visible on your way so you know you're really not far at all
This is the most fantastic accommodation in Lincoln because there is real value for money. You get 5 people to a flat, with en suites as well as a spacious kitchen. The kitchens shape and size can vary greatly however so bear in mind everyone's kitchen will differ. But there is plenty of countertop space as well as 2 fridge/freezers which is more than enough for 5 people. The bedrooms are spacious but again, some rooms may vary depending on how the flat is laid out. There is enough room between the bed and the desk and there is also a large wardrobe. 2 large shelves and big under desk and bed space so storage shouldn't be an issue. The en suite is the best part, for £94 per week this is a really nice quality bathroom. The shower is an actual shower NOT a tiny cornered wetroom but an actual cubicle! There's a toilet, 2 mirrors (one's a cabinet) and sink. Overall I'd definitely suggest this accommodation as it's also only 5 minutes from the uni! :)
I love it, the rooms are small but cosy (really depends on the amount of stuff you bring), it's great location wise, 2 mins to closest clubs, 3 minutes to high street, 10 mins to the DavidChiddick/Minerva/MHT/EMMTEC, 15/20 to JBL/SportsCentre. Not to much noise at night, staff are really friendly! Always there to help (when the reception is open of course), would recommend this to anyone as I'm a first year and I think this accomodation is good for the money you pay, and 3rd/4th years get the privilege of being able to apply for the penthouse rooms, more money, but bigger beds, bigger room, possibly less flatmates, sofa, tv in shared room and more!
Located in the near-centre of Lincoln, with a 8 min walk from door to the lecture. Various shops including Tesco, Poundland, Co-Op and many more just a very short walk away, as Park Court is right opposite High Street.
great place to live it's so central to everything. Especially the club Home which is literally 30 seconds away. Much better value than all the other halls I looked at. And the fact you get a shower cubical rather than a wet room really sold it to me. Helen and Fenna who run the place are great and any complaints get delt with usually on the same day.
