I've lived in Junxion throughout all three years of my degree and highly recommend it to any student moving to Lincoln. The location is ideal with university buildings, including the library across the road, being very nearby, as well as being round the corner from the high street where main shops are and the the train station is not much more than a five minute walk away. The rooms are a nice size and the kitchen/living area is great to socialise with your flatmates in. It really feels like a nice safe place to live. The staff are absolutely brilliant. They're so helpful and friendly and often go above and beyond what they need to do. The office staff were very accommodating when I re-booked my room in previous years and the maintenance team have always quickly fixed any problems (I've often waited less than a day for the few key maintenance issues I've had to be sorted). I'm definitely glad to have lived at Junxion and it's really helped make my university experience brilliant.

Stayed in flat 132 in my first year and absolutely loved it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, had perfect sized rooms with brilliant showers, own bathrooms and the facilities were brilliant:)

The staff are so lovely, would definitely recommend

Thank you for your review.
The staff are really welcoming and look after tenants. We had a recent experience with self isolating and they truly went above and beyond to look after us, they did our washing, got our mail, brought us our food shopping etc. It would’ve been a nightmare without them. Even before and after covid they are super friendly and do as much as they can to help us. There is also maintenance and they are very friendly and helpful and don’t leave until you’re satisfied with your problem. Would definitely rebook to stay here again and couldn’t recommend it more.

Thank you for your review, its good to hear your feeback on how we managed the COVID situation.
We all unexpectedly had Covid this year, and Kerry and co were so helpful, bringing us up food we ordered, parcels, takeaways etc every day. Helped us out so much! Would really recommend living here and staff and maintenance are all very friendly!

Thank you for your review. Please to know we was helpful with your isolation.
Amazing location and staff. Never had any issues in my 2 years living here.

Thank you for your review.
Staff and facilities are all amazing So kind! Very helpful during our isolation Can’t thank them enough! Plan to stay for the rest of my studies. Have a lovely view of the Brayford from my room:)

Thank you for your review.
The Junxion is a great place to live. It’s in the city centre, it has amazing views of Lincoln and offers great rooms for a decent price. The employees are helpful, charming and kind. It is overall a great place to live.

Thank you for your lovely review.
My experience at the Junxion has been one of a kind. The staff are so friendly and helpful and always on site if there is any problems. The attractions within the building include on-site washing facilities, social hot spots including a communal common room and the distinctive feature of the courtyard. Overall, a wonderful uni accommodation that I will look back on with fond memories.

Thank you for your review, we are pleased that you think the Junxion is a wonderful Uni accommodation.
By far the best located of all of the student halls as you are just across the road from campus, a 5 min walk to the station and all of the shops. The wifi has never let me down and in terms of social experience, Junxion is pretty good, only falling to Courts. That's where the good stuff ends. Unless you stay in the newly refurbished block 6, then you are presented with a really dated kitchen that is falling apart. In our kitchen upon inspection it was found that the kitchen had not been cleaned for us, as well as my bedroom, with black mould growing in the shower. Maintenance is good in the fact that they will come to the rescue as soon as possible. If you hate people smoking then The Junxion is not the place for you as every time you walk in the front door there is someone standing by it with a cigarette in their hand. In my opinion, just pick The Gateway or if you can live without a TV, then go to courts!
Great comfortable place to live, in the middle of Lincoln City Centre.
Overall ive got nothing to complain about, all issues get solved very fast. Staying at Junxion for my second year also.
Perfect location right next the uni and the clubs. Good washing facilities and good WiFi. I always feel safe and met my closest friends here. Having the tv makes socialising easy in comparison to some other student accommodations.
Good location, washing facilities, WiFi and an all round pleasure. Strongly recommend for new students to Lincoln University.

I have lived in The Junxion for 4 years now, and I can honestly say that it has been a great experience for me. The good points can be summarised as follows - lovely staff who have always been there to help me - fantastic location for being close to the university. Good for students who need access to the library - All en-suite rooms which is a bonus - good facilities for a student accommodation - all bills included Downsides - if your room is near the road it can be a little noisy - laundry is expensive - Internet could be better - clearer recycling facilities needed
I've never want to stay in halls all I've heard that they're actually pretty average for the price that you let them
Central location with on site maintenance and 24 security it is definitely value for money (have stayed here all 3 years now) with spacious all en-suite bedrooms. Management have always been friendly and helpful and refurbish and modernise the building as much as possible over the summer. great views from both my bedroom and kitchen window, would recommend to anyone :)
Absolutely loved living here! I stayed here for 3 years in a row as it is central to everything. 2 minutes away from the local shops and only a few minutes away from the uni. Management were really helpful with any problems I had such as maintenance was almost done immediately if anything had broke. My experience here was really good and would suggest to anyone to stay here.
Location is the only good thing about this accommodation. Management are awful and incredibly unprofessional. Had an argument with my flatmates and management told me I had to leave my flat, which I'd paid for, with no investigation and no grounds whatsoever to evict me, and then made me miss lectures to discuss the dispute. All communication (including rent payments) is done via a facebook page, so if you don't have/regularly check facebook then you won't receive any of this information.
The staff are lovely, very helpful and know which room to put you in depending on your personality! Unlike other accommodations where they put you wherever and don't really care as long as they are getting your money. Block one is the most convinient, it's the easiest to get to and has the best view especially if your higher up! The bedrooms are quite small and poky, but the living area makes up for it as they are very spacious and the decor is updated! I would say it's quite expensive, but that is down to the location, it's right on the waterfront opposite the library and 2 minute walk to university so very handy! I prefer this Accomodation over Pavilions, I don't know why so many people rave about Pavs as my experience there was not good at all especially with the patronising staff! 5* for Junxion, highly recommend!!
Good but expensive for what it is
For student accommodation, it's not bad. I can certainly think of worse places. But it could be so much better. For example, my room is the smallest in the flat, yet I pay the same price! It can feel a bit lonely because there isn't much cohesion between the flats unless you know people. But the best part is the location which is nice. Most of the staff are friendly too, and having students as staff members is excellent. With some modernising and upgrades (to the wifi especially!) it really does have potential.
Junxion staff always there when needed
The walls need to be thicker. The fact you can hear every word of the conversation your roommate is having, and the flat kitchen in a separate block through the wall is unbelievable.
Yeah I enjoy living here it's by the town and is ideal for anyone doing law or drama
Only let down is the wifi, it keeps dropping out and is just gernerally poor
I moved into Junxion in my first year, and have now stayed for my second, one of the main reasons other then location being the staff and security in the building. You fell safe in this place, with the key card entrances all around the building, The staff are brilliant in Junxion, in our experience they will fix things very quickly when they are informed of any issues even minor ones. We have since moving in had a new cooker as our was not heating up well something they completely amended within a few hours of calling, this included taking the old cooker away and fitting in a new one for us. Staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I had been told so many horror stories about people suffering living hell with flatmates the couldn't agree with. I was fortunate to move in with a group of people who have now become some of my closest friends at university.
Great location, really close to both the uni and the main city. Quite big rooms with large kitchen, but the wifi is shocking.
Location excellent, Maintenance is slow and wi fi a little in consistent but the most sociable accommodation going.
Wifi is really unreliable by at least we don't have to pay for it.
It is a great location, the room sizes are good and the staff are always there to help. But it is slightly more expensive and the wifi doesn't always work.
Good location, with good nearby facilities
The price is steep for what it is however, the location is perfect. Right across the road from the university library, SU and Tower Bar. There is a shop and a Chinese restaurant located just under the building - very handy if you don't want to travel far! (Also there is a Tesco Express across the road and a Toby carvery too!) It's a 5 minute walk to the city centre and the high street. The staff are absolutely lovely. I didn't mind paying the price when you have a 3/4 size bed, ensuite and the place is maintained by staff 24/7 so if you ever needed someone at anytime there's always someone there. CCTV ensuring everyone feels safe. The WiFi for my friends and I wasn't great but being across from the library it wasn't too much of a big deal when it came to work. Common room is absolutely brilliant, exactly what you'd expect in student digs. Your belongings are ensured whilst they're in your room within the price. The staff were quick dealing with queries and issues.
Good halls in a great, central location. Flats are nice and fairly modern but do vary in size and space but overall experience at the Junxion has been good, so easy to meet other people and staying again next year.
Expensive for what it is but it's the location you are paying for, staff are nice but the wifi isn't the best
Great accomodation, costs alot but worth it with what you get! great flats and good security
It's a really fantastic location, and it is within a stones throw from my building. Courtyard is good for socialising, and have been able to talk to people from a variety of courses there. A tad expensive, but worth it (plus the three quarter sized beds are an added bonus)
Pretty decent, worth living in but it kinda pricey in comparison
Considering how much I pay for this I think it could be a lot better, my flat isn't great, the inwards facing rooms will get absolutely no sleep and the paint and appliances were half destroyed when we got there.
Experience very dependent on where in the building you are
I love it here because of the security!!
For the amount your paying you're really just paying a lot for the location and the common room. A lot of the walls and items like the fridge and cooker are chipped and broken. The walls are paper thin so you will hear everyone partying at 3am, and all the cars and trains outside. But, it is so close to the university and does have a room to store your bikes and a wash room for clothes.
Not been the best! Damaged equipment in flat when moved in, wifi needs to be paid for you only get one free wired device! It costs £30 for the year for wifi! The staff aren't helpful apart from the night guards. There is a rule in the contract about being quiet between 11pm and 9am in the courtyard this is never enforced! The fire alarm is always being set off by other people in the early hours of the morning! The Hoover doesn't work but we are expected to clean we don't get a cleaner! We pay one of the highest rent and our electricity is capped and monitored if we go over we have to pay for it! In our checkout information is says we have to deep clean our rooms and flat and we get charged for stuff like limescale in the shower when I moved in it was not deep cleaned at all! My drain was blocked and I had to unpick it! Our TV is terrible and we only have one fridge between 6 people!
