Terrible experience. Staff is not at all helpful and the management is really bad. I would not recommend this place.
I stayed here for a few months - a few months too long. As soon as I arrived and was showed my room, some things in my room were broken. It didn't look dirty, but after moving in I noticed that the place was really dirty, and the carpet hadn't been cleaned because there are long black hairs in it. I was shown the basement, which is absolutely filthy and smells completely disgusting. There's been vomit dried onto the front door since before I arrived, and still untouched. I put out air fresheners to combat the smell in the communal areas but other residents smashed them up. A few doors down from me there was a stoner, so the entire floor smelled of cannabis the whole time. Next to me is a neighbour playing music all day and night. Below is Tesco, which is handy, but you can hear everything that happens in there all day and night, including rolling heavy trolleys full of stock after midnight, and constant beeping every few seconds that I've had to live through for the past few months.

30 seconds away from city campus. Great for postgraduate students who want their own space or more introverted students. Good city view. Tesco Express directly underneath the building. However, no common room area... therefore everyone tends to keep to themselves, bin facilities are very poor and the smell is strong, it is difficult to get a quick email response (or sometimes any response) from the Omnia office if there is a maintenance issue. However, the rooms are a decent size and nicely furnished. I would recommend.
