2. It couldn’t be closer to lectures as the accommodation is located right in the heart of the University of Central Lancashire campus.
3. Love the outdoors? There’s a third-floor terrace as well as a private communal courtyard and outdoor area.
4. It features state-of-the-art amenities, including; a fully equipped gym, games room, ‘chill out’ room, cinema, library, pool table, shuffleboard and a communal kitchen.
5. There’s also an on-site Tesco for residents.
6. The essentials are covered with WiFi, laundry facilities onsite, all-inclusive bills and a study area.
Rooms:
Urban Hub offers stylish and fully furnished studios, with options ranging in size and luxury. With all the social spaces and amenities, students benefit from a fantastic social experience and the privacy of their own swanky studio apartment.
The hot water is not working and there has been no response whatsoever from maintenance (6hrs). This place “looks” very nice from the outside but has multiple issues internally (isolator fan noisy, door not closing properly etc). You’re better off spending your money with the other accommodation buildings.
