Stayed here for 2 years and don’t have a bad word to say. They are always accommodating and try to help sort any issues you have. They provide events to keep the students feeling involved and connect with one other. I met a good group of friends from this accommodation and still continue to talk to them. Would recommend no matter what year you are in completing your studies. read more

Overall, this accomdation is great for all three years at university. I moved in as a first year student and made a good circle of friends which were also first year not living on campus. The staff have been nothing but supportive and friendly when you need it. If you have maintence issues they try their best to resolve it in a timely matter and it may not be a priority but they make sure it’s dealt with. There are events atleast once a month where you can partake and they have been a range of different types: involving skills, physical activity, general knowledge and having a laugh. read more

The management here have been poor. Multiple serious maintenance issues have been ongoing for months with limited responses to get fixed. Various flats lack ovens, fridges and have broken windows. Some of the management have been amazing, particularly the night staff. However, much of the team can be unprofessional. read more
Thank you for your feedback - we are not currently aware of any ongoing maintenance issues within the building, but we will always try to respond in a timely fashion to any issues raised. We certainly aren't aware of any flats missing key items such as fridges or ovens, as we deal with these type of issues to a very strict deadline, designed to minimise the waiting time for critical repairs.
We are always happy to discuss any ongoing problems that may occur, especially anything involving unprofessional conduct from our staff.
Great place to live its very close to the city centre and the Barbican. The facilities they offer are great for social use. Would recommend to live here during your university course. read more
