Great accommodation. The majority of the rooms have been updated to mimic the likes of Village Plus rooms which is a huuuge bonus as you're paying £124 a week for a room that should cost £154 a week (if you're lucky enough to be allocated one of the updated rooms.) The bathroom is adequate as is the kitchen. The only complaint I have from living here is that someone thought it would be appropriate to poop in one of the flat corridors this year and leave it for the cleaners to find on monday morning. If you're a hallway pooper I wouldn't recommend this accommodation as the rest of the residents definitely wouldn't appreciate it.

Do NOT go to these halls if you like to party. It's so far away from anywhere, the LCR is miles away, and everyone else that goes here seems to be dead boring. Wish I'd chosen the Norfolk or Suffolk Terrace. Yes you do save some money compared to the rest of campus, but just not worth it.
The best value for money accommodation at UEA. Yew House is one of the few accommodation choices which actually contains ovens (in combination to microwaves), ensuite bathrooms (even if they are like portaloos) and is close to campus. Sure, it's a bit of a walk from main campus but once you've made friends in the village this isn't a problem.
Generally very good accommodation. Gets 5*s for having an oven, something that very few flats have in general/in the village (although you cannot choose to have an oven or not unfortunately!). Only downside is the kitchen is a bit on the small side for 8 of us.
Never had a problem, would recommend
Great place to live!
