I HATED my accommodation with a passion. I shared a bathroom with 6 others, and throughout my whole time in my accommodation (September-June) the upstairs toilet was blocked and no matter how many times we all tried to clean up someone else's mess, or contacted accommodation services asking for maintenance to help they would 'temporarily' fix the toilet for a couple of days. The shower was also terrible, you would be lucky to get hot water... it would be hot between 9-12pm and the shower was blocked therefore it was constantly dirty. I felt my loneliest on that accommodation because it felt as if there were no socials that you could be a part of, because they already had their own cliques.
