Moved in in September and had no WiFi until November. I now still only have WiFi in my room because I am paying an extra £10 a month. They haven't been able to give us reliable hot water (off more than its on) since the middle of September and this problem is still ongoing 6 months later in February with no progress made and appalling communication about the issue. Lifts are dangerous and break often.
