They don’t fix things in your room if they’re not considered “important” but I’d say brown paint and stains all over my bathroom when I moved in is pretty important. There’s only about half the kitchen storage space that we needed for 5 people. All five of us share the one cutlery drawer so obviously all your stuff gets stolen by flatmates. There are three shelves in the fridge for five people? Our oven was broke for a month. There’s no one on reception during the day, security doesn’t start until 8pm so they don’t accept parcels on your behalf, and post goes missing because no one is there to collect it. Couriers need a resident to let them access the building and they put parcels in the “parcel drop” which then security sorts and your items get placed into a trolley (yes a shopping trolley) and you collect it yourself. Really thin walls, noisy courtyard, like 5 washing machines for the whole building so it’s a nightmare they’re never available. Would not recommend, I’m leaving early.

Stay here if you’re a fan of random people using your flat as a shortcut and going in your kitchen during a pandemic. No help from the staff here either, they’re unresponsive and slow. Can’t wait to leave and you should not book here if you want a decent experience.
Awful experience with the staff, nobody ever on reception during the day, takes them ages to fix anything and they tend to only reply to your emails if they think they can get more money out of you or a 5 star review. Avoid like the plague, the rooms are small and the walls are so thin you can hear people 3 rooms away.
