I want to share my experience as a tenant at Symons House in Leeds, where I've been residing in their most expensive one-bedroom apartment since September 2022, with a staggering weekly rent of around £400. My initial expectations were high, given the cost, but unfortunately, my time here, which is set to extend until September 2024, has been nothing short of disappointing, warranting this one-star review.
To start, the conduct of the staff has been a major letdown. With the exception of Thomas, who has consistently been friendly and helpful, the receptionists have displayed a shocking level of rudeness, particularly when dealing with essential grocery deliveries. Their rigid policy, which mandates the immediate retrieval of grocery parcels from the lobby, is nothing short of inconvenient. It shows a complete lack of consideration for the diverse schedules of tenants. Suggestions for a more accommodating policy, such as allowing collection by the end of business hours or else disposal
