Extremely rude reception, making misogynistic belittling comments and not helpful, particularly the white man with glasses. If I could give zero starts I would.
Honestly, if there are good reviews, they are lies. The location is great but everything else is terrible. They lie about having all these social areas such as the games room or cinema room and the building was deemed a fire hazard meaning after returning from buying some food, I was told to pack my stuff within 10 minutes and leave because the fire department believe that the building is dangerous. At the very start of my stay, they made a mistake and the room I was meant to be in had a person. They took 3 weeks to give me ethernet which I needed because I had a PC. The people in the front office are alright but if you need them, keep going down many times or they will do nothing. The cleaning staff are nice but they don't clean very well. there happens to be an ant infestation and you will likely have to deal with them in any room you end up in. Do NOT go there expecting luxury!

only 1 mint walk to Leeds Uni and University of Arts. No Deposit, All bills including and also gym, steam room, suna, games room, mini cinema and music room facilities free of charge. Management is very helpful. Definitely recommend.
The worst management ever you can deal with it. They insulted on me and they look like a thieves not respected people. My advice for you don't rent in that place.
