The entire building has very bad architectural structure, every room has different size, yeah you get a private washroom but the rooms are very small when compared to other accommodations such as elphinstone flats etc. The structure is so bad i.e. In one flat there are 5 rooms and 1 kitchen and 4 rooms are very small but one room next to the kitchen is huge it's like combing 3 other rooms and everyone pays the same rent which is 648£ per month and it's totally unfair.
