I have been a resident at Lumis for over three years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, Abid has been incredibly helpful and supportive, guiding me through everything from booking to check-in. Whenever I’ve needed assistance with my room or maintenance issues, he promptly escalated them to the team to ensure quick resolutions. He even went out of his way to help with my move-in, and on multiple occasions, his great support has made all the difference.
