Very happy on this course. It works you very hard, sometimes called one of if not the most intense course here but it’s a worthwhile degree - myself and many students I’ve spoken to intend to pursue Art Psychotherapy in the future, and it’s perfect in setting you up for that. I’m very well supported by my incredible academic tutor; she goes above and beyond in helping me stay on track, making sure I’m getting the support I need and is always available for meetings. As with most psychology courses, the first year is quite similar to A-level in terms of content but is good for easing into academic writing and proper scientific rigour. The teaching quality is excellent in art and psychology - many art tutors are available at any given time for tutorials and technical assistance to maximise the prospects of your work, and the psychology tutors are passionate and knowledgeable and have frequent drop-in hours to help, as well as promptly responding to the Discussion board and emails. read more
