The campus grounds are amazing with so many green spaces. There are so many clubs on offer and there are so many places for you to sit with your friends. The lecture spaces are always nicely kept and there is a lot to do. I have not done much in the SU as I find it a bit to busy for my liking. read more

I've had a genuinely fantastic experience at the University of Reading, and I'm so glad I chose to study here. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by both the staff and my fellow students, and that sense of community has stayed with me throughout my time here. The campus is beautiful — green, spacious and easy to navigate, with everything you need in one place. The library is excellent, the study spaces are plentiful, and the facilities are well maintained. What really stands out, though, is the support: lecturers are approachable, feedback is constructive, and there's always someone to turn to, whether it's academic staff or the student services team. The town itself is a great place to live too — lively enough to enjoy, but calm enough to focus on your studies. There's a strong sense of belonging here, and I've made friends and memories I'll treasure for a lifetime. Overall, I'm really happy at Reading. It's a university that cares about its students, and I'd recommend i read more

The careers service at Reading stands out. They are proactive in reaching out to students with job opportunities, organising events with guests from industry, and careers workshops. I'm a postgraduate student here. The careers service is so much better than at my undergraduate university (which was supposedly a much more prestigious university). read more

As an international student, finding a second home was both exciting and a little challenging. However, after moving into Student Castle Reading, I was impressed by many things. For example, the room is a good size, and the location is great, with shops and places to eat nearby. There are also fun activities, such as arts and crafts, where we can enjoy some snacks, relax, and meet new friends. Overall, I would recommend Student Castle Reading to other students. I hope they have a great experience here, just like I have :) read more
