So far, the Architecture course at the University of Reading has been a great introduction into architecture. The course so far has taught many different aspects from digital to physical work and the introduction of group work projects. The history module has also helped develop my architectural historical knowledge and the essay assignment has helped with correct writing style and citation.

I am an architecture student. I don't have many lectures and depends on you planning and organising yourself. My personal tutor has not really done anything and isn't very pro active. The proximity to London means most the lecturers live in London and work part time in a practice. The 2 semester system is terrible and feels like I am hardly at university. The 2nd semester is broken up too much with Easter break in the middle. read more
