Within first year I have covered a diverse range of topics within English, including Early and Middle English, theatre, regional writing, psycholinguistics etc. All my seminar tutors have been absolutely incredible with providing help wherever and whenever I have needed it, fostering a welcoming environment.

Really naff communication at times, and during strike season the materials put on Moodle to help compensate were often very little more than pictures on slides. Not a great choice of modules for next year either - a long way to go. read more
