Great campus as a medical student, although wish that we had labs closer to us and also that clubs and societies wouldn’t be paid or at least not this expensive read more
University of Exeter
Lovely campus, lots of different clubs and societies to join (even if some of the BUCS societies are expensive) the Student Union is really welcoming but has been left understaffed as of late. Careers services are excellent there is always something to help you build your career at the uni. The WiFi is mostly good with some problems on occasion but very rarely. read more
University of Exeter
Library open 24/7 which is helpful to accommodate those who work on irregular schedules but still need to study. More study spaces needed during deadline season. Lots of clubs and societies for any interest you can think of. Guild put on loads of free activities which is great for people to make friends and inclusive for those who cannot spend lots of money on a trip out. Careers service is available but are not hugely proactive: after first year there are no lectures with them although they are there for you to make appointments if you wish and there are larger university wide events. Wifi is only really patchy during peak time on campus or deadline season, other than that not any noticeable issues. read more

University of Exeter
One of the reasons I chose the University of Exeter was its strong reputation for research, but what has made the biggest difference has been the people. I've been fortunate to work with passionate academics who genuinely care about their students and are generous with their time and expertise. The campus itself is beautiful, especially in spring when everything is in bloom, and it genuinely feels like a place designed for learning. One of my favourite little facts is that J. K. Rowling studied here, and it's fun to imagine that some of the same paths students walk today were once walked by one of the world's most famous authors. Like any university, Exeter has its challenges, but overall it has given me a supportive environment to grow both academically and personally, and it's a place I'm grateful to have called home during my PhD. read more

Brilliant facilities but the careers support could absolutely be better. The SU often refuse to accept responsibility for mistakes but Milburn puts in a lot of effort that often makes up for this read more

University of Exeter not only provides world-class educational experiences but also offers top-notch career support for both the domestic as well as international students via Career Zone. Being an Indian student, I particularly want to highlight and appreciate their efforts at implementing the India Career Ready Programme that not only prepares the Indian students for the UK labour market but also for the Indian job market. Keep it up! :) read more
