Im in medicine, not gateway (Medicine wasnt an option), uni can be really expensive even after tuition and cost of living from random events and requirements, but the lecturers know there stuff (even when theyre not amazing teachers) and medicine has a pretty define career path read more

The Gateway to Medicine is a fantastic course. I don’t pay tuition, but the cost is reasonable for a year of coursework. The lectures can be challenging, as expected at university level, but there is a great deal of support available. The organisers provide extensive guidance through mentoring, academic support sessions, and access to additional learning resources.
