The Gateway to Medicine is a fantastic course. I don’t pay tuition, but the cost is reasonable for a year of coursework. The lectures can be challenging, as expected at university level, but there is a great deal of support available. The organisers provide extensive guidance through mentoring, academic support sessions, and access to additional learning resources. There are also numerous opportunities to gain experience, which help students prepare for the next stage of their medical education,
