As a fresher that started this September, although it hasn’t been long I have loved every moment of being at Chichester. The course, the people and the socials are all amazing. Of course I have been homesick (it would crazy if not) but the experience so far has helped me feel secure and I’m really enjoying uni so far. I’m looking forward to the next three years :)) P.S.. it would be nice if the internet was quicker but we can’t have it all :) read more

Good university, teaching is great but life outside of it is abit boring as there isn’t always much going on outside of normal weekly events. Facilities for education are great, the library is a little small as it is always difficult to find a seat but the availability of books is always good. Lecturers are very good, immediately they learnt my name and learnt about me so I was able to connect with them and ask for help when needed. read more

As a first year, I have had such a warm welcoming. I have felt so supported and I have only been here for one month. All the lecturers and staff have been nothing short of amazing, kind, and so student focussed that I feel like our wellbeing is prioritised here, which I love. I genuinely can’t wait to see what the next three years holds at University of Chichester and I am also excited to gain so much knowledge and training from this university. read more

As a first-year Musical Theatre (Music) student at the University of Chichester, I’ve had an amazing experience so far. The course is really well structured — we get a great balance of singing, acting, and musicianship training, with tutors who genuinely care about helping us grow as performers. The facilities are brilliant, especially the rehearsal spaces and studios, and the atmosphere within the department is so supportive and creative. It’s been such an inspiring start to my training, and I already feel myself improving every week! What I love most is the sense of community here. Everyone is so passionate about what they do, and it creates such a positive, collaborative environment. You’re surrounded by people who motivate you to push yourself, but it never feels competitive in a negative way — we all want to see each other succeed. It’s the perfect place to develop both as a performer and as a person, and I’m so glad I chose Chichester for my training read more

The University of Chichester is such an amazing place to study. The campus is gorgeous and easy to navigate, all of the societies that I’ve joined have been incredibly welcoming and tonnes of fun. The SU was the highlight of freshers week, there was an event in pretty much every night to help fight the homesickness and it was super fun every time. The whole university has pretty decent WiFi but it can dip in and out occasionally in the halls of residence. Overall the university of Chichester has so far been incredible, everyone that I’ve spoken to has been supportive and welcoming, a I know if I ever have a problem then there’s so many people that can help and listen to me. read more

I love the course, the campus is lovely- however the accommodation is not the best. The canteen prices and student hub prices are extortionate. Overall my experience has been very pleasant though, and I would recommend this university to anyone. read more

I’ve had an amazing time at university. So sad it’s my fine year. Table tennis at the su is great fun and playing for two different societies is so much fun. I’ve even picked up a new sport which I never thought I’d do. The campus is nice and small so it’s easy to find where you’re going. I also love going on the Astro, dome and hall to play loads of sports with my mates. read more

I have loved how small and connected the campus is. It is very easy to get help from staff and student support services because of this. However I will say that some courses get more attention than others which is unfair as I feel as though some are getting more of their money’s worth than students on art and humanities courses for example. read more

Pretty good uni. Lecturers are lovely but can be quite disorganised. The SU seems to have major issues when getting into contact with societies about rooms and stuff. Food is pretty good. Accommodation is relatively nice. Overall good place and friendly people read more
