Overall, the experience at the apartment was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and easy to communicate with, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Both the public facilities and the in-room amenities were well equipped, making daily life very convenient. The environment was clean and well maintained, and the stay was truly comfortable. I couldn't fault my course - business management. Although it might not feel like loads of contact hours (between 12-16 a week), our lecturers always advertise their office hours for us to discuss any challenges or questions with them. I liked how broad the course was in first year, as it allowed me to develop skills in several business disciplines before choosing optional modules to specialise more in. The assessments are varied, including group presentations, essays, videos, posters and exams. The feedback I've received has been constructive and on the odd occasion where I don't fully understand the feedback, I've visited my lecturer during their office hours to go through it with me. The academic support is brilliant and I feel that I can go to any of my lecturers or the PHD support staff with a question. Teaching quality varies by lecturer though and I've never had much to do with my personal tutor - they failed to turn up to our meetings. read more

In the course, we also had a chance to work with real clients with real projects, which truly helped me gain skills and knowledge to prepare for my future job.
