I picked Riverside purely for its short commute to Winchester School of Art — a total random choice that turned out amazing. As an international student with endless suitcases, the huge wardrobe and under-bed storage were absolute lifesavers. No living out of boxes here! Evenings in the common room are brilliant. Students from everywhere gather to chat, play games, and practise English. It's the easiest way to make friends and widen your social circle. After classes, Riverside's quiet location feels like hitting reset. You actually get proper sleep and real rest — something you really learn to value as a student. The staff? Super friendly and fast. I reported a kitchen issue one morning and someone came to fix it within the hour. That kind of responsiveness gives you total peace of mind. If you're heading to WSA, do yourself a favour and book Riverside. You won't regret it.
