An exceptional experience nonetheless. Nicola the booking manager was very kind and attentive with my requests and happily answered all my questions on the accommodation. She is a very kind and chatty person making me feel very comfortable and reassured that I will be living in a great environment next year. Nicola also aided me in by telling me what type of events will be happening and telling me all the great plans she has for the accommodation which was very kind of her.
