This accommodation is offering the worst service quality, I have a problem with this accommodation started since the end of December 2018. It was about changing my very bad quality mattress, because it caused me a serious back and neck pain. I complained many times about this issue, but they didn't solve it in the right way. This means they have no respect to my health condition, which I explained to them many times and till this time April 2019, they didn't buy another healthy mattress, even after giving them evidence from the hospital about the health issue caused because of their bad quality service, and now i started Physiotherapy sessions.

Expensive , yet awful. Nothing more to say.
If Sir Alexander Fleming was alive, he would request his name to be removed from this lawless scum pit. The laws of the land do not apply in this place. Most of the "residents" scream at 3am drunk or high on drugs. There is no safety and security in this building whatsoever. Trespassers come and go as they wish - some of the units hold 10-12 or even more people despite officially only allowed to hold 6 people. There were assault, burglaries, an arson attack and even an alleged sexual assault taking place within the walls of this so-called halls of residence. The smell of cannabis and alcohol is lingering gin the corridor and an a sense of impending violence hanging in the air The management is well-aware of these issues. They are not only tolerate this situation but actively encouraging it. Stay well clear of this place.

Overpriced, poor quality. Far from the Campus and in a very bad area of London.
Reasonable halls of residence. The location is ok, the staff are helpful. Sadly it does not have a laundry room.
Avoid. It is a glorified flatshare rather than an actual halls of residence. Unsafe and extremely noisy with lots of antisocial behavior. The hall management is reckless, the security staff uninterested in their job and the cleaners inconsiderate. ( They would try to enter to your room without knocking on the door). The doors in flats close with loud noise. The backyard between the two building is accessible to the public - trespassers are guaranteed to disturb your sleep at least two nights per week. The place is situated next to several late-night bars (serving alcohol until 4am - means lots of drunks in the areas). It is also situated right on the edge of the most dangerous borough of London . (Hackney). Muggings and assaults are common in the area. The only good point was the internet service. For your own sake, do yourself a favour and live somewhere else.
