The amount you pay though is a rip off so make sure you budget well if you're from a low income family or request to live out and travel to meet people in freshers week. There's a £1 bus for all students around Durham for the whole day so wouldn't be hard and you might save a lot of money.

Rooms are lovely with ensuite and the kitchen is very spacious. Stephenson central has great facilities like pool, table tennis and darts
Stevo is an amzing place to live, its so close to lectures you can wake up at ten to nine and still be on time to a nine o'clock lecture!
Brand new, everything you need in once place and right next to the library/lectures
Best halls, great bar, social area is great! So many people can chill watch tf on a huge protector. Play video games, work room, changing room it's bomb

The price for accomodation is expensive but grants are big. Also, the queen campus is far from main university
Close to lecture hall, however college bar is very basic and lack facilities when compared to other colleges. The floor of kitchens is never kept it good nip.
Each room already comes with a wardrobe, desk, chair, mattress and also a bathroom. I found that very convenient as I like to have my own things and not share personal areas with others. The kitchens are good as well, with two stoves, toaster, microwave, ample amount of cupboard space and much more, I would say that the kitchen is one of my favourite places. But the best area of all is "Stevo Central" cause that's where you get to meet people and they have enough infrastructure to facilitate that such as a study room with computers, the bar, a pool table, a gaming section. And a form of lounge where we get to watch TV or movies. The college also plans out numerous events throughout the year that are intriguing to both the extroverts and introverts of the college as well as international and home students.
