"Someone being at the front desk weekly" lasted about 1 month, if that. For the price, cleaner should also be cleaning bathrooms. Mail boxes inside foyer that royal mail has access to enter and you'll have a key to yours. No bins in bathrooms, no hangers incl closet. Ethernet but no Ethernet cables. Kitchens are big but one of my flatmates only have a drawer and stores stuff on top of cupboards because of lack of cupboard space. Bummer that the contract is 12 months even though most students are in Uni for 9 months.

Awful place to live, stay far away
Awful all around. Read the google reviews, read the news about the students who had to sue, do you research and no matter what, do not validate the joke of a business by allowing your poor children to stay here.
